We first made an appointment and when we arrived, my husband waited over 2 hours for the attendant to tell him they couldn't see him that day. We drove an hour to Laurel because we had an appointment and we're treated like we didnt matter! My husband drove another hour and made a 2nd reservation at the Laurel location. When we came, we waited another 2 hours. Then when I went back to the desk to check the status of our appointment, they said they may not be able to see us today. They did not keep us updated , nor cared how long we drive to get there, and that we had an appointment. Once we walked to our car to leave, they decided to take the white couple that was awaiting behind us. We knew because when we started our car, we saw the attendant get them ready for a test drive. This was the worst customer service ever and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone. Very inconsiderate and no customer service! We told the Laurel CarMax location that we actually had a check to purchase a car with and didn't need a loan, and they didn't care. My husband and I ended up going to a dealership, making an appointment, and actually being seen at the time we made the appointment. We walked out of there with our car!

I can't believe I gave carmax another chance after a bad experience years ago. Ugh…read more Putting this up top because their utter incompetence actually put my life at risk! They inspected my car for a trade in. When I got home, I discovered they had not actually closed the hood fully!! Thank god I hadn't driven on a highway or at high speeds; it could have flown open! How can you be so completely incompetent that you can not even be bothered to close the hood!?! But, they had a car I was interested in. I got pre approval, an offer for my trade in, and made an appointment. Smooth so far. Everything went to pot -- literally -- when we arrived. We waited almost an hour for a salesperson. Some of this was on me, I got there early for the appointment. Still, telling me they wouldn't be available would have been nice. Even so, they were horribly late for my appointment. My trade in mysteriously dropped in value by over 75%. And, the worst part? We go to test drive the car, and it REEKS of cigarettes and smoke. An hour later, and I'm still coughing. No effort to clean up the smell was made, no indication on the listing, nothing. The salesman tried to tell us the last test drive must have done it: bull. It was that deep, set in, stale smell that comes from constant smoke. And they knew it -- all the windows were down when we got in, the only attempt to cover. What an absolute waste of time. Also, to add insult to injury, their wifi barely works, and the vending machine stole $3 from me.

There was no pressure to sell the car, just a question of what would it take to get the deal done. The whole process took about 45 minutes. The whole process from start to finish was great. I went to them straight after getting my car appraised at CarMax. I told them this but they did not ask what price I had been given. After a short examination of the car they quoted a figure a little higher than CarMax. We agreed on a price and the paperwork took about 15 minutes. I walked out with a printed Wells Fargo check. I sold my car on Monday night, paid the check into my account on Tuesday and the funds were available on Wednesday. They even paid for my Uber ride afterwards! I would highly recommend webuyanycar.com to anyone looking to sell their car.

The finance manager Mike J. was very nice and made sure I was able to get financing that I needed, although I didn't have top-notch credit history. That's where the positive interaction ends. I purchased the car on a Sunday as is. Because the car came from the Baltimore location and it was after hours, I didn't even think I should test drive the car because I trusted Eastern's not to sell me a car with issues, however that is not the case. As I drove off the lot and hit one bump, the entire bottom of the car rattled. It felt like serious suspension issues, or something under the car. I did let Yanna P know the very next morning. After some back and forth for almost two weeks I was told my extended warranty was active. I was confused because I felt i didn't do anything to the car so what does the extended warranty have to do with it. Nevertheless, I made an appointment and have to pay $189 for the car to be looked at, and it appears I may have to fit the bill for the work that needs to be done if the issue is not covered. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE AS IS without test driving the car first from Eastern's. I put my trust in a dealership I thought wouldn't sell me a messed up car, but they did. To make matters worse, the transporter who drove the car from the Baltimore location never told Yanna P. about the rattling noise and possible issues before she gave me the keys, or if he did I was never made aware. In the end it appears everyone just wanted a sale with no thought of the consumer experience. Too bad, I was really excited about working with this dealership now that they have a service center, but instead I will try to deter anyone from going there. Definitely would recommend CarMax or Auto Nation since they do a quality check on cars they are reselling.

I knew the Nightshade was one of the hardest trims to find, but from my very first phone call, Tyler never made me feel like finding one was out of reach. Rather than trying to steer me toward a different trim, he went above and beyond to locate and reserve the exact vehicle I wanted. What stood out most was how patient and genuine he was throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and Tyler always took the time to answer them thoroughly and make sure I understood everything. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Communication was outstanding from the day I placed my deposit until the day I picked up my vehicle, including updates during the brief factory inspection hold. When I took delivery, Tyler didn't just hand me the keys. He helped me pair my phone, walked me through the vehicle's features, showed me how to open the fuel door, and even let me practice using the hands-free power liftgate until I felt comfortable. This is my second Toyota, and although I purchased my first one from a different dealership, I chose Sheehy Toyota of Laurel solely because of my experience with Tyler. After this experience, I can't imagine buying my next Toyota anywhere else. Tyler will definitely be my first call. Thank you, Tyler, for making what could have been a stressful process such an enjoyable one!
