Each time, they've taken great care of the screens and cleaned the glass well. We paid $380 for a mix of 46 windows, sliding doors and French doors a few years ago. One of our bedroom's ceiling fan spat out what looked like dust, but after trying to "brush" the dust away from the sheets and carpet with our hands, it turned out to be a greasy, linty substance. Our straw-colored carpet was ruined, or so we thought. They managed to remove the grime, with the carpet coming out looking almost brand new. Extra care was taken for our furnishing's wooden "feet" as they applied thick pieces of plastic under them for protection from the damp carpet. The workers were all professional and respectful. TIP: They will not clean your home's windows if there are bee's nests on the eaves. Understandable, so I got rid of them prior to the cleaning. OVERALL: Fair pricing, quality work.

I have dealt with many contractors and service providers over the years and I have to say that Kevin is one of most honest and upstanding people I have ever met. The guy calls my phone at around 1130 and says they are there knocking but no one's there? I'm like dude u guys said 1230? My girlfriend calls back and the person that answers the phone says that I gave them the ok to come early? In which I did not. Anyways very poor communication and did not try to call us back admit they came early or at least get the estimator guy back to give a proper estimate at the time they scheduled. Already starting off on a bad foot. Sent emails and no communication back what so ever to make it right.
