From start to finish, service from Ponch and the Happy Cleaning team was great. Ponch was very responsive and personable, and he and his team were very professional. As we don't live on Maui, our communication was over text or email, but I never had an issue reaching them when I had questions or had to make date changes. After the job was completed, he did a slideshow of the inside and outside (with music - - nice touch!) of the house. I can sum up my experience in 3 words: Truly blown away :) After a long move to a beautiful home in Maui, the last thing I wanted to arrive to was a home with dirt and smudges on every wall and baseboard, dirty counters attracting ants and bugs, bathrooms filled with dirt and dead insects (this home itself is gorgeous), and a floor that I had to wear socks or slippers always, or my feet would quickly turn black with dirt. Edwina and her incredibly kind team did the best cleaning job I've ever seen. So meticulous. They were on their hands and knees scrubbing the walls, cleaning the dust off every ceiling fan (that was with a ladder :) ), power washing the huge lanai, organizing and wiping every cabinet and counter, getting into every nook and cranny in the window sills, screens, ceilings, room corners with spider webs, and even the garage. They even used a buffer for the floors, making them extra clean :) Aside from the truly amazing cleaning job they did that finally made me feel like I can breath and go to sleep clean, I noticed the teamwork and collaboration of their entire team. When one person finished their piece, they helped the other. And everyone was so incredibly kind to me. If I ever felt in their way, they reassured me, "don't worry! Relax, we'll work around you" . They provided their team lunch and when I mentioned I was starving and going to step out to get some food, they invited me to dig in to theirs... I did :) They cleaned parts of the house I wouldn't have even thought to and anything that was cleaned was also organized.
