Too clean is seriously AWESOME I was recently moving out of a rental & to ensure receiving my deposit I needed to have the carpets steamed. However I totally spaced on this until 3 days before the end of the month. I called too clean on a Tuesday morning, Trace said he could meet to give an estimate around noon. The crew came over used some digital tape measure thing (pretty neat) & gave me a SUPER quote. They were even available the next day to render services Because of a crazy work schedule, I wasn't able to be there. These gentlemen came in got the work done in what sounds like an hour, locked up my place & sent me an invoice via email- it couldn't have been easier. Five star service from Too Clean Maui. They were recommended to us by another owner at Kamaole Sands and we were not disappointed. The Owner/Operator Trace was very responsive to our inquiry and making an appointment was easy. Our condo is a vacation rental and had just underwent construction repairing some water damage. Trace arrived on time, appropriately dressed and was professional yet personable. He did a great job on our carpets and fabric furniture cushions. We had one area with sticky residue from a carpet protector left on top long. Trace came back the next day to use a special chemical to help remove the. My wife and I wanted to have the carpets in the condo we stay for a couples months cleaned BEFORE we arrived. My friend who owns the condo was agreeable but the rental agent messed up and it was not done....disappointing to say the least!! The carpets were very dirty with a big stain in the center of the living room, entrances, and kitchen area. We were NOT happy about this situation we found ourselves!! The owner arranged Too Clean Maui Carpet to do the job and was told to speak to Oscar to set up a date. Oscar was very professional and we set the date for Friday, Nov 7 at 8:45 am sharp as we had an appointment in Lahaina. Oscar and John showed up at 8:30 am and were very courteous. We showed them the problem areas and Oscar explained the natural cleaning methods they use and how long it would take to do and to dry. My wife and I were very comfortable with Oscar's clarity and knowledge of his cleaning work and felt we were in good hands. We leave them to get the job started and we see their van has the professional equipment that Oscar mentioned. About 5:30 pm that day (we weren't home yet) Oscar calls to do a follow up. We get home around 9 pm and the carpet look great but are still a little wet so we reserve judgement on their work until it dries. As Oscar had mentioned, the carpet take a full 24 hours to dry. I call him on Sat. and tell him it looks great but will wait until Monday to tell him if all stains are out. He said that's fine and if there are any stains he will come on Monday and rework them....love the professional attitude! Well on Monday I am so pleased to call Oscar and tell him ALL STAINS GONE!!!! Very nice work done on moving the furniture and putting plastic under the feet to protect the carpet. We've had the carpet in our condo cleaned yearly by Too Clean Maui for some time and have always been quite happy with the results. This year we decided to also have them deep clean and seal the lanai. We are extremely happy with the results.
