Wow! WOW! We met…read moreEdwina and Poncho of Happy Cleaning Service when they came to see our condo and interview for a potential cleaning job. They were so delightful that we visited for 90 minutes! Fair warning; the price seemed mind boggling. Nonetheless, on the basis of their obvious work ethic, we agreed on a first cleaning. I repeat; WOW! They arrived with an impressive amount of equipment and supplies. The first thing Edwina and the two men who accompanied her did was set up an air cleaning machine (ozonater, I assume). We scooted away and hid out in a neighbor's condo since the reason we needed help was my husband's recent illness (and our advanced age). They were at work SO LONG we sent a spy to see if they were still there! They were.....for seven hours! (That's 21 with three people working!) I should mention that we have two cats, one with longish hair. Edwina understood; they have a cat as well. I don't think she was quite prepared for the volume of cat hair though. Not only did they do everything I wanted done, but I had to fight Edwina at the end.....over even one more chore. I keep my lovely, tempting, couch with its nubby fabric covered with a sheet to protect it from the cats. I washed the sheets before Happy Cleaners arrived and they were in the dryer. AFTER I paid her, Edwina tried to get those sheets and cover the couch! It hadn't even been covered when she arrived! She had to have been exhausted, but didn't even look tired. After she left and my eyes had adjusted from the glare of CLEAN, I had a closer look around. Cabinets...check. Lānai...both of them....beautiful! Ahhh....the little crease in the leather chairs that even I had just noticed had accumulated crumbs....she noticed; they were gone. Bed in the guest room; made like a high end hotel. It took longer to be flabbergasted. Windows had been done. She had managed to clean the grubby screen door; I'd tried and failed. Even the screen in the kitchen, which we can't remove and was absolutely filthy, was much improved; I don't know how. It was the next day before I discovered that she had cleaned and organized my silverware drawer.....then I noticed she'd done ALL the kitchen drawers! (Oh, dear Lord, please tell me she didn't look in my nightstand! Amen). Who ARE these people? Not only are they a delightful Christian couple I would be happy to call friends, they work like machines and have a work ethic like I have never seen....anywhere. Yes, the price is pretty steep, but you will absolutely get your money's worth. Don't hesitate. Hire Happy Cleaning Service! Worth every penny. P.S. Get Poncho to sing for you!

However I totally spaced on this until 3 days before the end of the month. I called too clean on a Tuesday morning, Trace said he could meet to give an estimate around noon. The crew came over used some digital tape measure thing (pretty neat) & gave me a SUPER quote. They were even available the next day to render services Because of a crazy work schedule, I wasn't able to be there. These gentlemen came in got the work done in what sounds like an hour, locked up my place & sent me an invoice via email- it couldn't have been easier. I appreciate the swift, friendly & personable service I revived- this is what happens when you call the "small" guys. Big MAHALO for helping me get my deposit back!

The Owner/Operator Trace was very responsive to our inquiry and making an appointment was easy. Our condo is a vacation rental and had just underwent construction repairing some water damage. We had one area with sticky residue from a carpet protector left on top long. Trace came back the next day to use a special chemical to help remove the. As a business owner myself, I can relate that sometimes mistakes happen. It is my belief that how you address a problem is more important than the problem itself. Chris apologized for his mistake and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Alex (the worker) did a great job repairing my pool deck tile and ultimately turned me around from sour to satisfied. The only reason I give them 4-stars was because they initially dropped the ball. However, in the end they made up for it by performing quality work in a timely manner.

I've used Nathan's carpet cleaning service on two occasions and both times they've left my carpet cleaner than before.
