We found these guys before our last day in our apartment because a lot of businesses closed or moved after the Lahaina fire. We explained to him over the phone that we needed the carpet cleaned. He quoted us $500+ which we paid before he came by. Getting the carpet cleaned by a professional was a requirement when moving out in order to receive a full deposit back. Top notch said yes, no problem. We went to meet them at our apartment before we had to run errands and move a bunch of stuff. They left their vacuum outside of our door but no one was there because the guy made a "run to the store" or he was probably trying to avoid us in reality. I waited around a little bit but the guy took forever so I left but he had the access code. We came back later that night to finish packing up all our things and he didn't even touch the carpet! We asked him what happened and he said he could do it for an additional $125! This caused our "landlord" to keep a part of our deposit in addition taking an extra $700 for a weeks worth a rent! Landlord said it took them a week to get the unit ready which was obviously bullshit. He kept talking about crayons on the wall and grout in the shower. Last time, The grout took the maintenance guy 30 minutes to fix and the crayons couldn't have been more then 2 hours so I don't know where a week came from to get the unit rent ready. There was mold from the beginning! We had no choice but to do it ourselves with our own shampoo vacuum. My husband shampooed carpets for work so he knew how to clean the carpet well. The Landlord and this so called business costed us thousands of dollars taken away from us during our move! These guys are probably in cahoots to keep people's deposit money and make more money off the people who stay at The Breakers!

This was entirely a management problem. the guys sent out a team of 2 cleaners for a nearly 11,000 sq ft house. We talked at length before the cleaning about the size of the house and what went into a deep cleaning, such as a scrub of appliances, baseboards, bathrooms, etc. they didn't even get to all of the rooms. The best part? while they didn't charge full price since not all of the rooms were attended to, i was hounded for an entire day and a half after as the manager tried to get an extra $100 out of us. I was angry enough that we had to spend $700 for basically a dusting of the house (some of it) and a way below par job at that. Terrible experience and wish we could get our money back.

My cat peed in her carrier on the way back from the vet and it soaked through my cloth seat. I blasted it with odor remover, soap, vinegar, and then baking soda for several rounds and couldn't get the awful smell out of my car. I googled and got CSI, called, and Jamie said he would stop by and clean it on his way to another job. This wasn't a usual type of call for him, but he wanted to help. I'm so thankful they did...That nasty smell no longer lingers in my car. it was so nice for them to come out last minute and both he and Chris were super nice. I called Jaime and his company out to consult and clean a rental we were moving in to. Jaime spotted a huge problem with the carpet and went out of his way to call the property management company to let them know what the issue was, as well as make a few recommendations on how to remedy the situation. He was not paid a cent, but he was honest, extremely thorough, and took the time needed to counsel me through the situation without asking for anything in return. I am so thankful we went with CSI Carpet Cleaners. We were in a bind because we were moving out of our condo. We were also looking for the most reasonably priced cleaning (due to COVID, jobs are on hold). Jamie came on-time, and in fact offered to come earlier than our appointment time. He was extremely accommodating, professional and friendly. He cleaned our sectional and carpets - leaving everything SPOTLESS! And he did it all so quick. Jamie did an amazing job on our carpets, shower and chair. He's extremely knowledgeable about the science behind what he does, and he's a great guy. Not only did he respond quickly to my original quote request, he showed up ON TIME (which is rare on Maui!!!) And...he called the next day to make sure we were happy with the results (which NEVER happens on Maui). Customer service doesn't get any better than this! Jamie and his crew cleaned our carpets last week. They were awesome to work with really professional and super efficient having 4 kids and cream colored carpets just about everywhere I wasn't too hopeful but they turned out amazing. Sparkling clean with a really refreshing orange lemon scent. I have used other cleaners on the island in the past and CSI was the best priced for the service I received. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future. read more

Had to get a couch cleaned to sell and carpets cleaned to move out of rental place. Had been living with cats for 5 years on both...lots of stains from pets. I had pretty high expectations, as I have has carpets cleaned before but CSI blew them away. Couch came out looking almost new and the carpets made the landlords say "wow" on move out inspection. Owner answered phone when I called and was able to setup an appointment the next day. Carpet was filthy with dirt and pet stains from previous tenant and after 15 minutes of cleaning the carpet looked perfectly clean. The workers were friendly and informative and showed up early. They were even available the next day to render services Because of a crazy work schedule, I wasn't able to be there. We had one area with sticky residue from a carpet protector left on top long. Trace came back the next day to use a special chemical to help remove the. "stickyness" Price was reasonable and carpets came out better than expected.

We have worked with them twice now, once for our commercial job painting our shop and again for our home.
