We would never use this company. The customer service is abhorrent. After waiting 3.5 hours for the tech to come clean our upholstery, I called the company and was informed he was sick. When I told them I've been waiting all morning and why didn't they call to inform me? -the response is " the tech is sick". When I wanted to reschedule the appointment, the rep said she would call me back after speaking to her manager. That was 5 days ago. To make the appointment, I had to give them my credit card number to reserve. I'm not saying CSI was involved but shortly thereafter I had to cancel my credit card as fraudulent charges kept showing up. An all around bad experience. read more

So, they were Johnny in the spot when I called to schedule. They came out and looked at the project, and the quote came quickly. I approved the quote and scheduled the work. That part of the process was excellent! Then....when the guy came in, he was not happy that I asked him to remove his shoes (we have white carpet that he had to go over to get to the bathroom). This was a tile cleaning job. He proceeded to "test" the tile and let us know that it was sealed, so he needed different equipment. Said he'd check with the office and they'd get back to me. Well....first, when they first came to quote the job....he should have known (same guy). Second, it was first thing in the morning, and he smelled nasty(sweaty shirt). Third, his customer service level was very poor. And, no one ever got back to me! I had another company come today, and they said all was "no problem". He could see the grout was sealed and we discussed it. I would NOT recommend CSI for tile. read more

Unsatisfied with this company. They were hired for two different properties to clean the upholstery. Both time their equipment failed. The first time the technician was late, had to go to a hardware store for 30min came back, did the job in 15 min, it didn't look cleaned when he was done, charged us $200.00. The second upholstery cleaning again his equipment failed, he had to return the next day. As for their cleaners, they were an hour late and didn't finish the job that was included in their invoice and description (left an entire bathroom unclean and baseboards dirty), when asked if they would finish the job, I was told initially it would "take weeks due to scheduling". Then when I told them I would have to hire someone else to complete the job as this was a moveout cleaning scheduled on behalf of the landlord. I would never recommend this company, they said they would send someone over same day to complete it. So at least their customer service is decent. read more

No one called or showed up despite hours of waiting and five calls to placating employees. What makes this most distressing is that we paid $800 to stay in a hotel BECAUSE they could only come today. We have tried to call them over the phone for 2 weeks and left several messages but there was no call back even if we tried calling by 2 different contact # provided by their website and yelp. No such luck! We felt like as we are new customer that they would want some new customer but instead we was treated like we are under valued and don't matter to at least responses to new business opportunity . Through yelp, We have sent a service requested and possible drop-by location quote request by yelp for any cleaners to response and csi didn't respond within 24 hrs as indicated in yelp. CSI responded 1 week later and was the last of the cleaning companies to respond back. Although csi offer to come by to location they do not offer any weekend for quotes. It was so confusing because they were highly recommended by 2 people who had use them from previous time. In our experience, we do not recommend them at all. read more

I have been using CSI for a number of years. I really appreciate that they take great care in clearing for me. Every year I do an annual spring cleaning. I am especially happy when Cirk is doing the job. I have travertine floors in the bathrooms and he takes the additional step to buff them to get the luster back to those floors. He also takes extra steps to seal my shower floors. He seals my lanai tiles and makes them look like new. When he cleans my upholstery, he makes sure to precondition before he cleans the furniture. I contacted the owner, Jamie, on a Saturday afternoon trying to get a last minute cleaning to my bed mattress in our vacation rental condo. I explained to Jamie that a guest had left the mattress stained badly and I really needed it cleaned asap. Jamie came out on Monday afternoon and explained in full detail his process of cleaning the entire mattress and then focusing on the stain. After trying a mixture he normally uses, it did not effect the stain. Jamie broke out a special bottle he said is a very strong stain remover. Jamie said it is very acidic and would cause the stain to fade as the solution dried. He said to leave the mattress uncovered for 15 hrs. The next morning I could see the stain had really faded. The stain was pretty big initially but Jamie was able to tackle the problem and really cleaned the stain Jamie and his employee were very clean and took pride in keeping our furniture free of any damage from their equipment.
