Jaime is easy to work with and is prompt. He uses nontoxic products with great results. I have a sensitive nose and was worried about lingering scents after the carpet cleaning but there were none. I have used CSI carpet cleaners twice for my office and was happy with their service both times. I will definitely call Jaime again. read more

We were recommended to CSI Carpet and Tile by a friend. We thought we needed new carpet instead we got them cleaned and we are so happy how they turned out. We ended up getting some upholstery and tiles cleaned while they were here. It fells like a new condo again. The owner even checked his crews work when they finished and followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied. All that and surprisingly affordable. Thanks so much!!! read more

This company is Amazingly quick to respond, helpful, professional and most importantly they do excellent work. Jamie called back quickly, even though I called late in the day. Nick came and made a light, nearly white, micro fiber couch look NEW! I Highly recommend CSI. read more

Awesome cleaning and customer service!!!! Owner, Jamie and his crew are top notch. Extremely accommodating, reasonable rates and high quality, efficient service. I requested a quote thru yelp. Jamie responded right away. Even tried to save me money by seeing if our condo complex already had a contracted cleaning vendor. Nevertheless, he provided a discounted rate due to his experience and understanding of rental agreements and familiarity of the condo complex. From inquiry to scheduling to cleaning to end result with emailed receipt, bam bam bam, no nonsense, get the job done, nobody's time wasted, end result is everybody happy and satisfied. Smooth, efficient and awesome!!! Call CSI for your next cleaning needs. You won't be disappointed. read more

Just used Jamie for the first time because of all his good reviews on yelp. He did not disappoint. He is professional, knowledgeable, and not overly pricey. I am officially a repeat customer of this business now. I especially like the fact that a two-man team moves furniture without complaint and takes our large area rugs outside for cleaning so as not to cause water damage to the floor [without argument, unlike some other carpet cleaners I've hired in the past]. The work is done right and continues to be reasonably priced. I'll be calling them again. read more

I'd been corresponding with Jamie about a month prior to our arrival at our Makena condo about carpet cleaning, but especially tile and grout sealing. It was so dirty because of not being cleaned since it was installed about 12 years ago. Jamie answered all my questions with quick responses by text or email. He gave me a good idea of how much it would cost and it came in below what I estimated the cost would be. Thought we might have to reschedule because of work that was being done on the property, but Jamie volunteered to call the manager to see if there would be a problem with him working there. I trusted Jamie to do the work without me being there to look at the job prior to paying. It was easy to pay the invoice by credit card. Carpets, tile, and grout are so clean and we are super happy with everything! I highly recommend Jamie and CSI Carpet Cleaners!! read more

We had a bad smell emanating from the rug on our stairs. I called Jamie and he got here within the hour to completely resolve the problem. Not only is Jamie terrific at what he does --he's personable, articulate and smart. Doing business with him is so easy and such a pleasure. And his prices are great, too. He's our carpet, furniture and tile cleaning specialist from here on out! read more

I moved into this house and discovered that the white tile floors were constantly looking dirty. It wasn't housekeeping, it was years of buildup on top of a "sealer" that was very difficult to remove. Jamie came in with all his tools, he is kind of a mad scientist, and worked his magic. The floors were actually white and after removing about a pound of gunk the floors looked beautiful. No more sticky coating. For Thanksgiving the floors were sparkling and I cannot thank Jamie enough. He also threw in a cleaning of my bedroom carpet at no charge. Got dirty floors or carpets????? Call Jamie and he will work a miracle. Chris Levine read more

First rate experience! This local company deserves a five star rating. Our appointment was easy to set up. Jaime and Craig came at our appointed time, looked at the job, discussed what they would do.
