Margaret wasn't interested in my business and wasn't very customer centric based off the communication I had with her.

We may file small claims court due to their lack of service. It was hard to find a "professional "…read morecarpet cleaner. We found these guys before our last day in our apartment because a lot of businesses closed or moved after the Lahaina fire. We explained to him over the phone that we needed the carpet cleaned. He quoted us $500+ which we paid before he came by. Getting the carpet cleaned by a professional was a requirement when moving out in order to receive a full deposit back. Top notch said yes, no problem. We went to meet them at our apartment before we had to run errands and move a bunch of stuff. They left their vacuum outside of our door but no one was there because the guy made a "run to the store" or he was probably trying to avoid us in reality. I waited around a little bit but the guy took forever so I left but he had the access code. We came back later that night to finish packing up all our things and he didn't even touch the carpet! We asked him what happened and he said he could do it for an additional $125! This caused our "landlord" to keep a part of our deposit in addition taking an extra $700 for a weeks worth a rent! Landlord said it took them a week to get the unit ready which was obviously bullshit. He kept talking about crayons on the wall and grout in the shower. Last time, The grout took the maintenance guy 30 minutes to fix and the crayons couldn't have been more then 2 hours so I don't know where a week came from to get the unit rent ready. There was mold from the beginning! We had no choice but to do it ourselves with our own shampoo vacuum. My husband shampooed carpets for work so he knew how to clean the carpet well. The Landlord and this so called business costed us thousands of dollars taken away from us during our move! These guys are probably in cahoots to keep people's deposit money and make more money off the people who stay at The Breakers!

Beyond disappointing. I hired this team for a deep clean of a larger house. essentially all that…read morewas done was a dusting and floor sweep. This was entirely a management problem. the guys sent out a team of 2 cleaners for a nearly 11,000 sq ft house. We talked at length before the cleaning about the size of the house and what went into a deep cleaning, such as a scrub of appliances, baseboards, bathrooms, etc. they didn't even get to all of the rooms. The best part? while they didn't charge full price since not all of the rooms were attended to, i was hounded for an entire day and a half after as the manager tried to get an extra $100 out of us. I was angry enough that we had to spend $700 for basically a dusting of the house (some of it) and a way below par job at that. Terrible experience and wish we could get our money back.

BEWARE OF BULLIES AND SCAM ARTISTS…read more In my 12 years of luxury property management this is by far the worst company and group of people I have ever worked with. I signed a contract for EXECUTIVE ASSET GROUP to clean my house and guest house, which is a total of 6 bedrooms 4 baths and 3000 sqft. I agreed to pay $1,978.11 for them to do a deep clean and the windows. They provided me with a detailed checklist and promised in their contract 100% satisfaction Guaranteed or they would come back to the home. We did a full walk through and spoke about everything that needed to be done, and even discussed using them on a regular basis since I live off island and wanted to find a group of cleaners I could really trust. Dan Hanna Director / Client relations called me and said they were done cleaning and asked me to pay the balance in full. Since I am not on the island I told him I would have my property manager go to the home to make sure all the work was done. She called me on FaceTime from the home and I instantly noticed none of the beds were washed and made, none of the laundry had been done and was overflowing out of the washing machine. There were piles of sheets by the front door, the linen closet was completely disheveled, and the windows which I agreed to pay $738.54 to be cleaned had a sticky film left on them as they were brand new had residue from the sticker, the main reason why I wanted the windows cleaned. I immediately contacted Dan Hanna and sent him photos telling him I was not satisfied. He told me washing the beds and changing the bedding was extra, but it clearly states in the checklist that those items will be done. He never offered to come back and honor the 100% satisfaction, and told me to contact his lawyer. I was shocked because never in my life have I had someone so quick to go to lawyers vs try to negotiate and come to a deal. So their lawyer J Russel Rain contacted me with a demand letter stating I make the full payment or he will be taking me to small claims court. After more thorough look at their company folder J Russel Rain, Attorney at Law of Rain Law firm LLC, had a business card paper clipped directly under the card of Daniela Hanna Owner/ Broker of Executive Asset Group and also Hawaiian Management Company, as well as Owner / Principle Broker for Tilikum Reality. All of these business cards were included in my folder from Executive Asset Group. I wish I would have seen the business card for the lawyer in the packet for a cleaning/ property management/ Realty company before I signed their contract, because that would have been a major red flag for me. I spent many hours over the course of a week trying to come to a reasonable agreement with their lawyer J Rain. At one point he offered me $150.00 discount, but later retracted that. $150 no where near covered all the work they promised to do but did not, I had to hire someone else to do all the laundry, make all the beds, wash all the towels. clean all the windows before my new tenants were moving in. I also asked many times for the checklist they did for my property, and the before and after photos. They refused to give them to me. Why withhold that information from a client who is out of state? So J Rain and Executive Asset Group, demanded full payment or they would take me to small claims court for $1978.11 plus additional fees. I am 100% sure I would absolutely have won this case. I am confident that any judge looking at this situation will not find it to be a reasonable position because the person providing the services knows that we would be off-island and refused to send before and after pictures to document that the work was done unless payment was made first. Also, the claim that laundry and making beds is not in the contract when it is specifically stated on the check list that was given when describing his services is also not reasonable. This is not a he-said, she-said situation. I have copies of the contract and checklist and pictures of the work not performed. I was bullied into making the payment due to this fact. In Maui you can file a claim for small claims court for $35.00 and if I do not show up they win no matter what. EXECUTIVE ASSET GROUP knows very well that I am not on the island and we spoke of my 3 children under 6 years old, and the fact that I have a full time job. I told them this when I interviewed them for property managers. So for me to show up in court I would have to pay for round trip flights, pay for somewhere to stay since my house is rented, take time off work, and hire someone to care for my 3 children, this would be much more than what I would get back in court. My other option would be to hire a lawyer, and that would have been more than 2K as well. So I decided to pay the bill and expose their fraud to try and save anyone else from the hassle of dealing with this horrible group of people. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED CHECKLIST OR PICTURES!!!!

Seems things were going ok. Guess Not! Never had a complaint the place was not clean but who knows…read morewhat "cleanliness" means to each individual. When we signed up I mentioned that I was picky, reply was, not a problem. Halt. In the year that we were clients, we were never told that we had to provide twice as many linens and towels that we provide our guests. That would be 16 sets of towels, and 4 sets of Cal King Sheets, 4 sets of King sheets and 8 sets of twin sheets. You've got to be kidding right! After 16 years of managing it ourselves, we were not going to give up control of our 2nd home. "But we can keep it full all year", that's not what we wanted. This was hinted upon several times them taking over managing our unit. We had gotten a last minute rental and I forgot to let them know, yes my mistake but the day before the arrival I texted her saying that it needed to be cleaned for their arrival. Yes my mistake but, oh, I'm human. Told us it was no problem. The kicker and need I say more, after they cleaned and on their way home, we got an email saying they would no longer clean our unit. Left us high and dry with 5 more rentals coming in before our return. It took forever to get my linens and towels returned to me. Be wary of this business, I'm in agreement with KD V

Aaron Rosales, owner of Green Honu, started doing sub contract work for me in August of this year (2013). Since day one Aaron has proven to be honest, trustworthy, hard working and punctual. He is professional and diligent and an overall nice man! Need I say more? I trust him enough to have given him a set of master keys to all of the units (about 30) after he worked for me for less then two months. When I take time off Aaron fills in seamlessly. He gets along well with everyone and I can highly recommend his services without doubt!

I seldom hire new sub-contractors, as the job requires a true professional who can handle the detail, skill and speed required of caring for multi-million dollar properties. When I interviewed Aaron, I immediately liked and trusted him. Since the first day he came to work for me I have found him to be thorough, efficient, highly skilled, quick to learn, versatile, fair, and punctual. He has shown himself able to master any job in a short time (some of which took my other contractors a full year to come up to speed). He handles unexpected situations with a calm managerial attitude and makes excellent decisions when left to his own devices. Wow! WOW! We met…read moreEdwina and Poncho of Happy Cleaning Service when they came to see our condo and interview for a potential cleaning job. They were so delightful that we visited for 90 minutes! Fair warning; the price seemed mind boggling. Nonetheless, on the basis of their obvious work ethic, we agreed on a first cleaning. I repeat; WOW! They arrived with an impressive amount of equipment and supplies. The first thing Edwina and the two men who accompanied her did was set up an air cleaning machine (ozonater, I assume). We scooted away and hid out in a neighbor's condo since the reason we needed help was my husband's recent illness (and our advanced age). They were at work SO LONG we sent a spy to see if they were still there! They were.....for seven hours! (That's 21 with three people working!) I should mention that we have two cats, one with longish hair. Edwina understood; they have a cat as well. I don't think she was quite prepared for the volume of cat hair though. Not only did they do everything I wanted done, but I had to fight Edwina at the end.....over even one more chore. I keep my lovely, tempting, couch with its nubby fabric covered with a sheet to protect it from the cats. I washed the sheets before Happy Cleaners arrived and they were in the dryer. AFTER I paid her, Edwina tried to get those sheets and cover the couch! It hadn't even been covered when she arrived! She had to have been exhausted, but didn't even look tired. After she left and my eyes had adjusted from the glare of CLEAN, I had a closer look around. Cabinets...check. Lānai...both of them....beautiful! Ahhh....the little crease in the leather chairs that even I had just noticed had accumulated crumbs....she noticed; they were gone. Bed in the guest room; made like a high end hotel. It took longer to be flabbergasted. Windows had been done. She had managed to clean the grubby screen door; I'd tried and failed. Even the screen in the kitchen, which we can't remove and was absolutely filthy, was much improved; I don't know how. It was the next day before I discovered that she had cleaned and organized my silverware drawer.....then I noticed she'd done ALL the kitchen drawers! (Oh, dear Lord, please tell me she didn't look in my nightstand! Amen). Who ARE these people? Not only are they a delightful Christian couple I would be happy to call friends, they work like machines and have a work ethic like I have never seen....anywhere. Yes, the price is pretty steep, but you will absolutely get your money's worth. Don't hesitate. Hire Happy Cleaning Service! Worth every penny. P.S. Get Poncho to sing for you!
