We may file small claims court due to their lack of service. It was hard to find a "professional "…read morecarpet cleaner. We found these guys before our last day in our apartment because a lot of businesses closed or moved after the Lahaina fire. We explained to him over the phone that we needed the carpet cleaned. He quoted us $500+ which we paid before he came by. Getting the carpet cleaned by a professional was a requirement when moving out in order to receive a full deposit back. Top notch said yes, no problem. We went to meet them at our apartment before we had to run errands and move a bunch of stuff. They left their vacuum outside of our door but no one was there because the guy made a "run to the store" or he was probably trying to avoid us in reality. I waited around a little bit but the guy took forever so I left but he had the access code. We came back later that night to finish packing up all our things and he didn't even touch the carpet! We asked him what happened and he said he could do it for an additional $125! This caused our "landlord" to keep a part of our deposit in addition taking an extra $700 for a weeks worth a rent! Landlord said it took them a week to get the unit ready which was obviously bullshit. He kept talking about crayons on the wall and grout in the shower. Last time, The grout took the maintenance guy 30 minutes to fix and the crayons couldn't have been more then 2 hours so I don't know where a week came from to get the unit rent ready. There was mold from the beginning! We had no choice but to do it ourselves with our own shampoo vacuum. My husband shampooed carpets for work so he knew how to clean the carpet well. The Landlord and this so called business costed us thousands of dollars taken away from us during our move! These guys are probably in cahoots to keep people's deposit money and make more money off the people who stay at The Breakers!

Beyond disappointing. I hired this team for a deep clean of a larger house. essentially all that…read morewas done was a dusting and floor sweep. This was entirely a management problem. the guys sent out a team of 2 cleaners for a nearly 11,000 sq ft house. We talked at length before the cleaning about the size of the house and what went into a deep cleaning, such as a scrub of appliances, baseboards, bathrooms, etc. they didn't even get to all of the rooms. The best part? while they didn't charge full price since not all of the rooms were attended to, i was hounded for an entire day and a half after as the manager tried to get an extra $100 out of us. I was angry enough that we had to spend $700 for basically a dusting of the house (some of it) and a way below par job at that. Terrible experience and wish we could get our money back.

I contacted this company for a deep clean and a subsequent monthly cleaning. The date of the deep…read moreclean, the lady failed to show. Luckily, the owner Daphne messaged me back and was able to reschedule another cleaner for the following. This review would be for 1 star if it wasn't for Daphne actually being responsive with me through text. Anyways, today, the cleaner finally came. I was told 9:30, but she told me 10, but she arrived at 11. However, she at least updated me through text that she was in traffic, so I'm not faulting her for being late. Even though I have a 2bed/1 bath apt, my husband and I just decided to ask her to clean the kitchen/dining area, and bathroom. She was here from approx 11am - 3:30am. First of all, she only brought a bucket and some sponges/cleaning solution. No vacuum or anything, so she had to use my swiffer and cheapy vacuum (which is all we had) lol. Anyways, when she was done, she didn't ask if I was satisfied or asked me to look it over. I checked the areas she cleaned after she left, and this is the summary: BATHROOM: side of the tub was still dirty and not wiped (see photo), sink area was really wet and not dried. The mirrors at least looked good and the inside of the tub was okay (though it wasn't that bad to begin with). Funny story, she didn't know how to flush our toilet LOL there's a bidet switch on the side, but the toilet had a regular flush handle on the normal area of all toilets, but she said she couldn't figure out how to flush it lol DINING AREA: she only wiped part of our table... you can clearly see where she wiped, and a quarter of the table was not even wiped and you could see the leftover crumbs there (see pic). She also didn't vacuum or clean the floor under our toddler's high chair. She literally just went around the chairs and didn't bother to move it aside to clean or to clean under it. (Again, see pic) KITCHEN AREA: she wiped the exterior of our fridge (did not clean inside of our fridge), and the sink area was extremely wet again. She also noticeably just wiped around things as I lifted the toaster on the counter, and all the crumbs were still underneath. There were also splashes of food above the sink and oven that were not wiped and were very noticeable (see pic). She also did not even clean inside the microwave. My instant pot and air fryer were on the counter, and she did not wipe those appliances either or wipe underneath. She literally just wiped around things (keep in mind I paid for a deep cleaning). She also did not clean inside of my oven - just a light wipe on the outside. She also was on the phone a few times yelling at her daughter which to me seemed unprofessional. Overall, I REALLY wanted to like this company but I was disappointed. My husband saw the result and he even laughed saying it barely looked cleaner, and again, I paid for a DEEP clean :( Guess I'll have to find another company to do my monthly cleanings
