Booked & paid for cleaning service & was canceled on an hour before service. This was a real inconvenience because we were not able to find a replacement cleaning service with that short of a notice & time was of essence. Still waiting on a refund. Would not recommend for reliability that's for sure. read more

We found these guys before our last day in our apartment because a lot of businesses closed or moved after the Lahaina fire. We explained to him over the phone that we needed the carpet cleaned. He quoted us $500+ which we paid before he came by. Getting the carpet cleaned by a professional was a requirement when moving out in order to receive a full deposit back. Top notch said yes, no problem. We went to meet them at our apartment before we had to run errands and move a bunch of stuff. They left their vacuum outside of our door but no one was there because the guy made a "run to the store" or he was probably trying to avoid us in reality. I waited around a little bit but the guy took forever so I left but he had the access code. We came back later that night to finish packing up all our things and he didn't even touch the carpet! We asked him what happened and he said he could do it for an additional $125! This caused our "landlord" to keep a part of our deposit in addition taking an extra $700 for a weeks worth a rent! Landlord said it took them a week to get the unit ready which was obviously bullshit. He kept talking about crayons on the wall and grout in the shower. Last time, The grout took the maintenance guy 30 minutes to fix and the crayons couldn't have been more then 2 hours so I don't know where a week came from to get the unit rent ready. There was mold from the beginning! We had no choice but to do it ourselves with our own shampoo vacuum. My husband shampooed carpets for work so he knew how to clean the carpet well. The Landlord and this so called business costed us thousands of dollars taken away from us during our move! These guys are probably in cahoots to keep people's deposit money and make more money off the people who stay at The Breakers!

This was entirely a management problem. the guys sent out a team of 2 cleaners for a nearly 11,000 sq ft house. We talked at length before the cleaning about the size of the house and what went into a deep cleaning, such as a scrub of appliances, baseboards, bathrooms, etc. they didn't even get to all of the rooms. The best part? while they didn't charge full price since not all of the rooms were attended to, i was hounded for an entire day and a half after as the manager tried to get an extra $100 out of us. I was angry enough that we had to spend $700 for basically a dusting of the house (some of it) and a way below par job at that. Terrible experience and wish we could get our money back.

I used the service for 3 bed and 2 bath cleaning + deep cleaning + pets on November 10, 2020 Because I am 9 months pregnant and want to clean my house very well before my baby is born. But I can't even imagine to clean this house with lots of moving, bend over and of course heavy chemicals. So I decided to hire someone to help me and I googled it a lot and checked out all the companies reviews. I decided to hire precision house cleaning Maui since they have high customer reviews and they use non-toxic cleaning tools (it was very important to me as a pregnant woman) Overall, I am really impressed how they cleaned the bathrooms and window frames. We bought this house almost 3 years ago but never did deep cleaning or spring cleaning. In Maui we have cane dust everywhere and when it's rain, it covered with black thick dust all around window frames and around doors. Precision house cleaning team cleaned all the dust out and it looks like brand new just like we moved in first day. Bathroom mold are clearly removed in sink and bathtub too. Carpets looks well vacuumed and vinyl floor vacuumed and mopped well too. I am more ready to welcome my unborn baby now. Searched Yelp for quotes on move out cleaning and received a reply quickly. Checked their online calendar, booked, and paid for it which was easy and very convenient. I use them for 'deep cleaning' which I'm really bad at. The last time they took down all my window screens, cleaned them, and then put them back. I live on the rainy side and need this kind of approach to keep the place mold free. I especially like that they use non-toxic cleaning products. read more
