The kitchen completely failed in both the preparation and the flavor profile of this dish. A significant portion of the fish was severely overcooked and dry, stripping away the delicate texture you expect from a premium cut. To make matters worse, the dish was smothered in a jam that completely overpowered what little flavor the fish had left. The entire combination was a complete failure of culinary balance. Bottom line: a nice physical space means nothing when the service is poor and the food is a letdown. I will not be returning.
