I like honest car sales people…read more And from our latest car buying excursion, we continue to find them rare. For example, one of the other car dealerships prevented us from taking the car to an independent mechanic! You know they were hiding something with the car. Anyway, not only did Texas Cars Direct let us take the car to an independent mechanic, they were professional, not pushy like some of the other guys we dealt with, and easy to do business with. Mike, it was a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you for selling us the newest car in our company fleet! P.S. If you come across a clean, unmolested 1990 to 1993 Mustang convertible, give me a call!

There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

Update since I have had the vehicle. Back in April I was…read morere-ended. I informed the car lot immediately about the incident. I was told immediately by the manager to pay them $500 for their deductible and the SUV would be totalled out. I reminded that I have my own insurance and that the responsible party would be paying for the damage. I took the car to a reliable shop and find out that the body frame of the vehicle has excessive rust damage to it. Informed the insurance company what the shop said. They said that since the car lot sold me a vehicle that was already damaged, they would cover the charge but the car lot had to repair not only the rust damage but the damage that was done from the wreck. They have had the car two and haven't done anything to it. Instead of working on the car, they put it in storage. The insurance company sent them proof of payment and the estimate on May 13th. I called this morning to see if the car was ready just to be told that they hadn't even started any work on it. I tried to speak with the manager to find out what I'm supposed to do about transportation because the rental car that the insurance company provided has to go back. I was told that I would get a call back from the manager Dora, Dolores (whatever her name is). She called me back immediately. She was very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, loud, and wouldn't allow me to speak. I even asked her if she was going to allow me to speak or say anything and she flat out told me no. She hung up on me. I called her back and told her that her actions was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. She told me that we did not have anything to talk about. I chose to go with a third party (the insurance company) so that's who I need to be speaking to about a car or anything else. They don't provide or offer anything and hung up on me again. I tried to call her back a few times and each time I was forwarded to her voicemail. I called the car lot back and informed them of her actions. I even asked to speak to owner and was told that the owner doesn't speak or deal with any of the customers. That's why he hired her as a manager. I have never missed a payment or late on a payment and to be treated with such disrespect is unnerving.

From the very first visit, Gio has demonstrated a deep knowledge of a wide variety of vehicles and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. He is incredibly professional, transparent, and attentive to detail. Each time I've brought in my cars, he has diagnosed issues accurately, provided clear explanations, and completed repairs faster than expected--all while maintaining very competitive prices. The quality of work is top-notch, and I appreciate how Gio takes the time to ensure everything is done right the first time. What stands out is Gio's friendly and approachable demeanor. He cares about his customers and their vehicles, which makes the entire experience so much smoother and stress-free. The team at Earth Motorcars clearly prides itself on excellence, and Gio exemplifies that standard perfectly. I highly recommend Earth Motorcars' service department, especially Gio, to anyone in need of reliable, professional, and affordable auto repair or modification services. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I will continue to bring my vehicles here for all future needs.

I had one of the most unprofessional and unethical purchasing experiences I have ever encountered…read more I placed a down payment on a truck, clearly indicating my intent to purchase, and was told we would finalize and negotiate the remaining details and add-ons. While those discussions were ongoing, this dealership sold the truck out from under me because another buyer walked in and offered more money. Let that sink in: They accepted my money, acknowledged my intent to purchase, and then treated the truck like an auction item behind my back. This is not how reputable businesses operate. A down payment is a commitment -- or at the very least, it should be treated as one. Instead, this dealership demonstrated that their word means nothing and that customer loyalty is irrelevant if a slightly better offer appears. This wasn't a misunderstanding. It was a deliberate choice to prioritize greed over integrity. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, understand this clearly: * Your deposit does not protect you * Your time is not respected * Your trust is not valued I would strongly advise anyone looking for a vehicle to take their business elsewhere -- preferably to a dealer that understands basic ethics, transparency, and professionalism. I will never do business with this dealership again, and I highly recommend others don't either.

Fair, no haggle, honest environment…read more Buying a car from a family-owned business can sometimes feel intimidating, but our experience here ended up being a really positive one to the credit of Mike. They were fair with us from the start, especially considering a few factors involved in our financing, and at no point did we feel like they were trying to rip us off. There was no haggling, the interest rates were fair, and the process felt straightforward and honest. Mike was especially kind throughout the entire experience. We actually had an unexpected situation happen while we were financing over the phone -- another customer came in and bought the car we originally wanted. At first, I honestly thought we were being upsold and taken advantage of (sorry, Mike), and I definitely let him have an earful about it. To his credit, Mike stayed completely professional, patient, and respectful. He took the time to fully explain what happened, answered every question honestly, and never got defensive. What could have been a terrible experience ended up turning into one where we still felt valued as customers. We ultimately decided to buy from them anyway because of how Mike handled everything. He took a crappy situation and turned it into a reason we'd buy another car when it's time and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair and honest car-buying experience.

WARNING: THIS DEALERSHIP ENDANGERED MY SERVICE DOG…read more If my first review didn't convince you, let me say it even louder: iDrive1 Motorcars has crossed every line imaginable--legally, ethically, and morally. After being served with a formal cease and desist demanding they stop tampering with my vehicle, they continued their harassment. They never responded to my 10-day demand letter for my down payment and instead escalated their behavior in the most disturbing ways. They began remotely accessing my Tesla--setting off alarms at night, popping the trunk, and worst of all: turning the heat on while my ADA-certified service dog was locked inside on a scorching day. She suffered heat stroke and had to be rushed to the vet. This wasn't an accident. It was a cruel, calculated action--and I now have a police report documenting it. This isn't just a dealership behaving badly. This is a business that retaliates, ignores legal boundaries, and puts lives at risk--human and animal. I've reported them to: * Tesla Corporate * Law Enforcement * Westlake Financial * My legal team And I am now looking at taking them to court for punitive damages. If you value your safety, your pets, or your sanity--stay as far away from iDrive1 Motorcars as possible. They don't just ignore legal notices--they ignore human decency. Let my experience be your warning
