Situation was rectified by Sarah who corrected the employee concerning the size.Although Sarah was nice and professional and corrected the mistake;the employee who was corrected by Sarah had a bad attitude after she had to give me a large lemonade that I had previously purchased. Some of the employees don't realize that if it wasn't for customers spending money;they wouldn't have a job. Also,these employees must realize that just because a customer comes in to purchase an item,doesn't necessarily mean the customer is just a customer.That customer may in fact be someone closely associated with said company.The moral of the story is to be kind and respectful and courteous and that goes both ways .

I visited late afternoon right before the dinner rush started. Parking lot was clean. Upon entering, I was greeted by a member of the staff and welcomed to the establishment. I ordered the largest 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich as a meal, large sized. The sandwich had the correct portion of meat on it. My curly fries were hot and fresh, but the carton was not full. It is one of my pet peeves. I want my fries sticking out the top of the carton. The soda fountain was clean, but a little cluttered with extra cup lids that had fallen out of the dispensers. Sauce table was well stocked and clean. The dining room itself was clean and a clean table was readily easy to find. Floor had been recently mopped. Trash cans were maintained and usable. The food was hot and tasty and the dining experience was exactly what I expected. The men's bathroom was clean. It could have used some attention, but it wasn't garishly dirty like so many public restrooms. Overall, the experience was positive enough that I chose to ring the bell on the way out the door. Staff all thanked me for doing so as I left. As I was finishing my meal the dinner rush started and things got very busy. Staff handled it well though, and lines never got long. The only thing I felt let down about in the whole experience, was the price of my meal, but unfortunately, it has more to do with poorly run government than a poorly run store.
