I grew up in Wawa country and now my allegiance will never change! I decided to try sheetz for the first time recently and the experience was terrible! For starters, when I was looking at the app, you could not maneuver between screens, making it impossible to browse their menu properly. One thing I did see on the app was an offer for $2 lemonade and I figured that seemed like a good deal. However, when I arrived to this sheetz, the app WOULD NOT OPEN PROPERLY! The app knew I was at a sheetz and it completed changed itself! I no longer could see that $2 lemonade deal I had planned to show the employee! After trying many times to get the app to work like normal, I gave up. What I ended up getting was a 4/10 (at best) lemonade and more disappointment than I can describe in this review. In conclusion, don't go to this sheetz or any other location unless you want to be SCAMMED! read more

I tried several sheetz during my 3 day trip in the Lancaster area. This one is my favorite. This location is right at the 222 intersection. They have a lot of gas pumps as well as tesla charging station. I stopped here to grab some breakfast. The order processing is simple, with a lot of screens to order. And your food will be ready and you can pick it up. I got my breakfast sandwich. Prepared very fast, it definitely tasted much better. Nice place maintained very well and clean. read more

Love me some Sheetz! This place is just off of 222 which I frequently travel. Their food is top-tier and fountain refills are insanely cheap. This location also sells beer however this store isn't local to me so I haven't had a need to buy any as I'm just passing through. Add to that they have Tesla Superchargers (150kw) and what more could you ask for?! I still have not installed Nema 14-50 plugs at all of my family's houses to charge up my Tesla so it's really convenient to stop here on the way to the PA turnpike on my way home. Often times I'm able to plug in, walk inside, use the bathroom, maybe grab a snack or drink, walk out, unplug and continue on my way. To everyone who talks about "it takes forever to charge" My wife and I take note of the people we beat who are fueling. I simply plug in and it's going... no need to swipe a credit card or scan a loyalty card, granted I'm just topping off but that's all we need to continue our journey. read more

People were friendly but the management did not provide easy access to plastic utensils when eating food. A lot of their made to order food is messy and falls out of the wrapper. Half of it was on the wrapper and with no plates or utensils in obvious view. read more

I love Sheetz and was delighted to find one on the other side of the state. In fact it was a brand new one. And maybe we can even say it was an odd one. Not many Sheetz have other businesses attached to them, but this one did. I've only ever seen that one other time so far. This particular one had one of those emergent care center at the other end of the building. Don't let that deter you from coming here. The store looks basically brand new and there are more than enough pumps to get your fuel. The inside of the store is great. It's big, nicely laid out and the staff were nice to deal with. I stop here often on my travels o pick up food and drinks. The one day I had ordered a dozen wings but when I got to my destination, I noticed that the girl had messed up and only made me 1/2 a dozen. I was pretty mad but what can you do. I did not feel like driving back to pick the other 1//2 dozen up. One week later I stopped to pickup food. I told the cashier about the missing 1/2 dozen. Without him having to ask anyone, he yelled back to the cook to make me a 1/2 dozen. Did not charge me and apoligize for the mistake. Problem immediately solved without any issues. Things like this are really hard to find anymore. This was a younger kid but did his job really well and cared about his job and the customer. Great clean place to go. Friendly staff, great selection , a "cool" soda den, inside seating .......what more can I ask for? I am able to connect to the wifi here. Tried many M-T-O food options. The best so far has been a customized pizza with meatballs,caramelized onions, diced tomatoes and 2 different types of cheese. I typically am a fan of Sheetz's MTO, or made-to-order food. It's fast food, but I feel like it's slightly higher quality than McDonalds since it's not sitting under a heat lamp. I stopped at this Sheetz on my way to BWI airport. I would give 4 stars, but I have to remove a star for this particular location for their speed. When you stop at a Sheetz's for food, you don't expect to stand there and wait for it for 25+ minutes. I get that it was early in the morning, but the one girl making the food could NOT have moved any slower. She put together one order in the time it took the other girl to put together five orders. Luckily, I didn't arrive at the airport too late - but just know that if you stop here for food, you should budget at least 30 minutes if the slowest employee in the existence of the universe is working. read more

I went in to this sheetz last night to grab a quick bit to eat. I ordered a sub that consisted of a sub roll and veggies. (Simple sandwich to make.) I was told there would be a 30 minute wait for food!!! As I was walking out I noticed 5-7 people with their sheetz food in the parking lot. Also the store was not busy there were two customers in the store, myself and a friend. This is obviously unacceptable.
