Coffee orders in the afternoon seem to come out a bit quicker. Other than the long wait for food, this is a decent place to eat for some quality food. The place is neat and seems very modern. The burger how's good as was the southwest breakfast bowl. The tomato dill soup was excellent. My kid ordered the chicken strips with fries, they only give two strips for the kids meal. Overall a decent experience if you have about an hour on your hands for a meal.

I recently decided to turn in my CDL and head back into the office, which allows me more time to get my workouts in and perfect my look. Normally, when I pick up something new, I do a lot of research; I dive all in. I'm glad I "dived into" coffee. When you're a truck driver, you usually hit truck stops where the coffee isn't great. However, being diverse and cultured, I started trying coffee in Latin communities. I noticed they used special machines, which sparked my interest. I eventually started visiting specialty coffee shops. Most of the places I get food from don't open until 10:00 AM, but coffee shops are open much earlier. That's how I found Passenger Coffee here in Lancaster. I knew it was going to be a great spot the moment I walked in; it was clean, inviting, and smelled amazing. A friendly employee greeted me with a smile, and their pastry display looked great. I told her I was new to coffee--only about two months in--but that I was enjoying trying different kinds. I explained how I normally take my coffee and mentioned that the last time I had one, it had foam on top. She gave me a small coffee to try, as well as one with foam (a latte or cappuccino). I think that's all I want to drink from now on! I used to make fun of people who said, "Don't talk to me until I've had my first cup," but now I finally understand why. Homegoodies is serving up great coffee and the sandwiches looked AMAZING (next time). The staff was ON IT! It was packed in here and it still only took about 5-10 minutes to get our drinks.
