I had the quote in a day, and it was lower than three other local bids. He found a replacement, perfect paint job, and it mechanically works like new. In addition, I went with C&M due to the two prior jobs they did so well. One was an installation of a roof rack on a new SUV; the other my daughter's side panel repair. It was a transmission line that failed. I was on the side of the highway with a handicap father. Like I said, I am from New York and have no connections or family in Pennsylvania. I proceeded to call a shop that was around the corner from my dad's house. Said he couldn't even look at my car till next week. I called Rob's Towing and they couldn't seem to do enough for me. There was no way my handicap dad to get into a tow truck and I had no other way to get back to his house. They proceeded to send a small four-door pickup truck plus the tow truck to tow my vehicle. They got the vehicle back to the shop and knowingly. I'm from New York could've taken advantage of me which they did not. To my surprise. The proceeded with care and explained everything that they were doing to my truck. The truck turned out to work perfectly, and they even washed my truck because there was transmission fluid all over it. No doubt if I ever lived here, this would be the only place that I would take my vehicle. Thanks to all the guys that showed the patients and care to take care of my vehicle for me to get back home to me.
