They checked everything, nothing was wrong with the wheel, rotors, brakes, nothing. I thought there was an issue so they could have easily charged me to have my rotors and brake pads replaced and I wouldn't have questioned it, but they didn't. The service was quick, as soon as your in for your appointment they almost immediately pull your car back. The wait was not too long and they have a great waiting area with a self checkout snack counter! My only issue was that when they had addressed that issue of the noise I heard (choppy tires) they had moved the tire that did that to a wheel they thought would be less bothersome but it had made it significantly worse. It's no longer a big deal as they have worn down further to a more uniformed surface, but for the month or so it was louder than ever was quite annoying. Nothing that hindered my ability to drive it safely and it wasn't worth my time to get it checked out again, but regardless could have been better. (I wouldn't blame it on them as the solution of moving the tire was of standard procedure of tire rotations, and they would have no way of knowing that it'd end up being louder. Absolutely no negligence involved with that it was simply an inconvenience.

I sat and waited for my car and listened to them try and scam other people! I had my oil changed and went on vacation and came back and it was leaking everywhere. According to them, the tech said there was no gasket on the drain plug when they changed it; yet, it never leaked before I took it there. Why wouldn't they have said something at the time instead of allowing oil to leak everywhere? They fixed it without charge BUT now tried to tell me that my battery was dead after they just checked it a week ago and it was fine. They also said my check engine light was on and when I drove it after refusing to have them replace my battery there was no light and nothing else was wrong with my car. I never had an issue with my battery and have yet to still have an issue with my battery since.

I did research Wawa corporation for a better understanding including company history. I remember my undergraduate days of researching corporation history and purpose for my group marketing projects with fellow classmates. Wawa is similar to 7-Eleven as both are American convenience stores (Wawa is chain and 7-Eleven is massive franchise), but I can ascertain that Wawa is certainly an upgrade with gas stations. Wawa originated in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and has gas stations including public restrooms. There are brochures, pamphlets and maps of local area attractions which is what I have grown very accustomed to seeing at rest stops of major U.S. highways. I almost always pick-up these local area maps and printed area attractions pamphlets. There is a cork board of community events where many local business plaster to affix their business cards. Wawa store #0263. This Wawa is located on West Lincoln Highway (aka Route 30) in Parkesburg, PA. My party was headed West towards Lancaster, PA. My party filled our car with gas here. Gas price was $4.56 per gallon and still waiting for downward trajectory. Wawa contains capable employees. Wawa has more food options including candy and significantly well stocked and organized. Wawa is also large retail space. I decided croissant sandwich and fresh blueberries as an in-between meal, but not dinner. Wawa uses an automated change dispenser at checkout counters to increase speed for transactions and reduce human cashier errors. I have also never seen change dispensers utilized in any NYC businesses. I did obtain my sales receipt. There is Dramamine (anti-motion sickness over-the-counter medication) which was too late to purchase to reduce my motion sickness of being in a car for four continuous hours on the road driving. I was listening for a strong predilection and can relate with the lyrics of "It's Time" by Imagine Dragons playing during my brief fleeting time in this Wawa. "It's time to begin, isn't it? I get a little bit bigger, but then I'll admit I'm just the same as I was Now don't you understand That I'm never changing who I am" WAWA!
