We called and spoke with the manager at the New Holland location to ask if there was anything they could do to help, such as refund the order placed in error, as we are over 30 minutes away from that location and they refused. The complete lack of empathy and refusal to help was extremely frustrating, especially since this is a new app they are pushing everyone to use - so a little understanding on their end would go a long way, especially while customers get accustomed to the new interface.

I wished I had room for ice cream because all of the flavors in the case next to where I was seated sounded delicious, but I was too full. I asked for a rice krispie to go and it didn't let me down. It had a nice vanilla flavor and that fresh marshmallow-y pull in each bite. Prices were more than fair for the quality. No sink to wash your hands, just hand sanitizer. So be forewarned; take care of your private business somewhere else before dropping by.
