There was ONE person in front of me who had already ordered before I got inside. I placed my order at 7:11 and I didn't get my food til 7:27. Why would it take that freaking long. I had one order not 2 separate orders. And instead of them putting my sandwich in the bad with the rest of the order it's put in a bag by it self and given to me before the rest of my order. Make it make sense. Why? I can't understand their concept at this location. I won't be returning this location again. The second location that I'm DONE with.

Very disappointing experience…read more We stopped at this KFC to grab dinner before scooter practice. We ordered, paid, and were directed to park while they brought the food out. After waiting 15+ minutes with no update, I finally went inside to find out what was going on. I was told they were "waiting on fries," yet several cars continued moving through the drive-thru and receiving their orders. It became obvious that we had simply been forgotten. There was no apology, no proactive communication, and no sense of urgency to correct the mistake. Customers who have already paid should not be left sitting outside wondering where their food is while others are being served. This reflects poor organization and a lack of management oversight. If you're asked to park, be prepared to monitor your own order -- because apparently no one else is. Next time, I'll stay in the drive-thru line instead.
