Very disappointing experience. We stopped at this KFC to grab dinner before scooter practice. We ordered, paid, and were directed to park while they brought the food out. After waiting 15+ minutes with no update, I finally went inside to find out what was going on. I was told they were "waiting on fries," yet several cars continued moving through the drive-thru and receiving their orders. It became obvious that we had simply been forgotten. There was no apology, no proactive communication, and no sense of urgency to correct the mistake. Customers who have already paid should not be left sitting outside wondering where their food is while others are being served. This reflects poor organization and a lack of management oversight. If you're asked to park, be prepared to monitor your own order -- because apparently no one else is. Next time, I'll stay in the drive-thru line instead. read more

Took them an hour to get me an order they said would take only 15 minutes and when I got it the food was wrong and cold

This place needs work: 1. Bathroom (Mens) is a bio hazard, nasty floor, walls ......toilet wouldn't flush was full of urine. 2. Sevice was horrible, 30 mins turn around and finally received food. 3. No one seemed to be managing the operation. 4. Chicken strips undercooked 5. This facility needs a thorough environmental inspection, until then it should be closed! read more

I know everything is going up. But does that mean the quality of food has to go down. This is the second location I've been to in a few weeks time and it's like they need to change their grease. The last time I checked original is dark and not crispy. But this is the second time. Why is it so hard to get what you pay for? You expect to get fresh food yet you get food that's either been sitting for too long or the grease is old and needs to be changed. Get it together you're NOT the only chicken restaurant anymore. This is the KFC we have been going to for years. The past two times the chicken has been TERRIBLE! Overcooked, half the size it used to be. They must not check the orders before they package up your order because both times they either left something out we paid for or they got the order wrong. It seems to just be a bunch of kids playing at being fast food employees. All of them were laughing and throwing things at each other. We normally pick up a bucket for the 4th of July, but not this year. Probably never again. I don't know if it's under a different manager or just hired a lot of bad employees, but it's not worth wasting my money on, anymore. So they made some improvements to the ambiance of KFC, too bad they haven't found a way upgrade the consistency of the service along the way! This evening's service was an extreme to how bad service can get at this location. The young woman at the register most likely wanted to be someplace else than there and certainly has not been trained as to what is good customer service. The couple behind me placed an order, but when they saw the price, they asked if they could change it to a combo that would have doubled their chicken. The girl said no, the order has been placed. If it had been me, I would have asked for the manager, but it wasn't had they didn't. Then there was the matter of delivering the order. It was extremely slow and they had quite a group of people waiting their order. And as almost always, they forgot something in the order. Fortunately, it was only the sauce this time! As for the food itself, it's typical KFC fare and we like it. If it weren't for this and the price point, they'd have no stars from me! In the end, if we have a hankering for KFC, this is the only convenient location, so we have to grin and bear it. The best thing about this KFC is a Manager named Theresa. She has excellent customer service skills and she's usually working harder, than any of the other employees there. Also, it's unfortunate, but, they're always short staffed and low in chicken. The young man that was working the counter today took this from a potentially bad experience to a great experience. They were short on a few things and looks like they were short handed but he stayed positive and upbeat the entire time. Jason was very friendly and apologetic about the delays. As soon as the line cleared out he immediately came out and gave the dining room so much needed attention. Oh- the food was good too but it was just so awesome watching this young man do the right thing with the right attitude when so many things went sideways for them in the short window of time i was there. If you want napkins, perhaps a fork, or spork to eat with, you'd better ask them for them! Also, if you order the pot pie $5 fill up meal, don't expect the chocolate chip cookie that supposedly comes with the meal. You won't get that either! Was here on May 24th around 2:50 pm, the young lady in the drive through was so distracted by her phone that I felt like I didn't even matter if I was there or not. She barely held my food out of the window making me have to just about reach inside the store to get it. I could not wait to write this review. I've been going to this location for a bit now as it's close to my work with less than stellar results. Today was the breaking point. My friend and I went here for lunch. The lady at the counter was quick and friendly. "Maybe they're under new management", I wondered. We both got our food and left. As I sat at my desk I noticed they forgot a part of my order. Then my friend comes in and says he got mac &cheese instead of mashed potatoes. One mistake is passable, two consecutive mistakes means you just don't give a shit. That's what we have here. Idiots that don't care. To top it off, we were the only customers in there! Visited this place and was soooo disappointed. I've always loved KFC chicken but have not eaten it in a while. First of all there were five cars in the drive thru and three in the parking lot so hubby and I figured the service would be pretty quick. No chance. We wait, place our order, wait behind one car for about five minutes so now we have been in the drive thru almost ten minutes. Ok, it's finally our turn and we pull up to the window and we hear someone yell from inside "hey I have 14 more minutes on the grilled chicken"! We were flabbergasted and upset. I asked why didn't you say that when we placed the order? Fast food means you get it fast. Who wants to sit in a drive thru for 25 minutes waiting for chicken that should have already been ready? After all it is one of your menu items and should be readily available when a customer places their order. My hubby told them they will never keep customers operating like this. We wondered why the vehicle in front of us pulled off with no food and it was probably because they were tired of waiting as well. With so much competition in the world of fast food chicken, KFC needs to step it up. They were once the best place and one of the few places to get good chicken but with Popeye's, Bojangles and even Chick Fil A, people have choices and time is too precious to spend waiting in a drive thru for food to be cooked when it should already be hot and ready. I have not eaten at KFC in a couple of years and stopped going there because the service was so slow. I liked the food but slow service will derail anyone. I will not be visiting there again but do plan on stopping by to let the management team know that what we experienced last night is never good for business and I think they may need to strategize on how best to serve and accommodate customers if they want to remain competitive. read more

I have been to this KFC over the last 7 years with few problems...The last two times I went thru the drive thru I ordered Nashville Chicken Littles and both times I got a regular chicken sandwiches...I had repeated myself to ensure that they understood my order.... to no avail...Guess I'll go on down the road... read more

I've been going to this location for years and given many chances to accommodate my family and I. More times than not the food was good, however the service from the employee's was less than par. I do not believe I'll be returning due to the straw that broke the camels back when I went there, yes it was about 5 min to close but the young fellow at the window said they run 5 min fast and was closed yet the lights and drive thru board were still lit up to give the impression they were open. This place sucks in the service dept. The food was OK but we had to wait 25 mins for 2 chicken bowls and 2 popcorn chickens. The manager blamed being shorthanded. Thats not the patrons problem! This was during lunch so you have to anticipate the ordering of popular items and have enough staff. The manager already had an attitude because she had to come out of the office and do some work. HORRIBLE.... My husband stopped at 3pm receipt stated 303pm he ordered his food including chicken liver. Understandable they need to be prepared so its always a 5 min wait. So we pulled to the side to wait at 322pm we pulled back up to the window because no one came out with the food. He asked how much longer it woukd be and a worker named Tayla asked replied well what did you order with a very bad attitude. I dont even see gow this was a question when there were no other customers when we pulled up or the whole time we were waiting... He explained his chicken livers and his order. Her and another employee stated they had not even dropped them in yet. It would be atleast another five min. I stated they can just cancel the order and she sucked her teeth and turned to someone inside and with a nasty attitude told them we wanted to cancel the order. She then daid well i need the receipt back and as i was trying to take a picture of it she was telling another employee well she wont give me the receipt shes writing a review. I tried to let her know I wasnt planning on writing a review but I will surely contact corporate. She ignored me though, then they only gave us back $3.60 out of the $9.13 we paid. So i again said excuse me this is only $3 and change she said well i thought you only wanted to cancel the chicken liver. I asked her why would we do that when clearly we have not received our food and your attitude and your customer service is horrible?
