Food is great, staff is great, and they have 40 beers on tap. Their patio is comfy in the evenings and they even allow doggos. Defintely try them out.

    Lovely lovey beer selection!

This is a detour I will do more often. The parking is very easy, it's in a plaza near the courthouse. There is an extensive beer selection. Various styles too. They also have a good food menu that has a nice variety of food types. Clean establishment, and I like how the interior is laid out. It's not a very large place but they also have a lovely covered patio so I look forward to trying it out next time. The service is very good, friendly staff all around. I ordered the onion rings and the best sriracha aioli came with it. Wow, what a great combo. It's a holiday Monday...and the music is perfect for the gen x-er. Lol. It's a good vibe and I can see that the staff has local customers and I like seeing the rapport there. I will definitely return.

I have been in the mood for 2 days for a burger. Decided to hit up Brew to try a burger from them. Asked the server if I should get the "Blue"min Onion burger or the Smash and before I could finish he said the Smash. I'm not a picky person in general but when I am in the mood for something it's got to hit or I leave disappointed. I must say the smash burger hit the spot. This is going to be my new burger spot over the old Burger Bach I used to cling to for my fix.

If I could I would have given it 4 1/2 stars, because it was good but not great but definitely well enough not to drop it to a 4. Let's start with the location: very nice and everything seems real clean and cared for. Even the men's room was decent at 6:00 pm at night. Now our server: Sidney was very attentive to us. She took very good care of us during our stay. Now the meal: Again it was good. The wifey had the Blackened Chicken Alfredo. She tells me the sauce had a nice flavor but the chicken really had no flavor. Certainly not a Blackened flavor you would expect. The chicken itself was good and tender. As for me I had Shrimp and Grits. It also was good. It had onions and peppers in it and again the flavor of the onions and peppers just want there. Who knows. We also had the Brick Oven Brie. There was a really nice amount of Brie. So much that the toasted bread ran out way before the Brie. So as I said this was a good place and meal despite my small hits in this review. I firmly recommend this place because I do expect you to have a nice meal. Ps. To the owners: your link to your website doesn't work via Yelp. To potential customers: you will have to go your search engine and find the Charred site.

The server, Briana, was one of the best I've had in a very long time. Personable, great smile, friendly, and knew her stuff. We ordered the brussel sprouts- they were great with a nice heat from the sauce. We had the crispy skin salmon, which came with a nice fresh salad, The skin was amazingly crispy and the flesh was flavorful. I asked Briana to surprise me with something good and boy did she deliver. It was their porkchop served over some super tasty mashed potatoes. Note that this is not how they are usually served, it was Briana's favorite way to eat this dish so she made the decision for me. The porkchop was very very good. Nice grill marks, onions, and a very nice cream-based sauce. This was so so good. They are doing great food at this new location and I will be back again.

There are plenty of seating, indoor and outside. Service was nice and attentive, and the food came out quickly. Their menu had a lot of different offerings from burgers, to pizza, to entrees. FOOD: ~Sticky Ribs (4.5/5): actually fall off the bone tender! The sauce was tasty. Only thing was the ends were a little too burnt, but it wasn't inedible - gave that nice char taste. ~Italian Grinder (5/5): Typical italian sandwich, but the bread was so good. The roasted peppers added a nice kick, and the sauce was yummy. ~Fries (5/5): love battered fries! And they were seasoned really well ~Catfish and grits (4/5): the grits were wonderful consistency. Catfish was fried really well and was extremely tender. The sauce was so flavorful, but it was very heavy. At first I was worried about the huge chunks of celery, but thankfully, it didn't have that strong celery flavor and added a nice crunch. When they learned we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with warm bread and house-made herbed butter on the house, a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. We started with the Lamb Lollipops and the Slow-Braised Pork Belly, and both were exceptional. The flavors were rich, balanced, and incredibly well executed. Every bite was cooked to perfection and left us excited for the next course. My spouse had the Bone-In Pork Rib Chop with roasted peaches, haricot verts, roasted poblano cornbread, and pickled peach mustard. This dish was absolutely phenomenal. Every component complemented the others beautifully. The sweetness of the peaches, the slight tang of the mustard, the savory pork, and the cornbread all came together in a way that felt thoughtful and perfectly balanced. It wasn't just delicious, it was memorable. To finish, we shared the Mascarpone Cheesecake with oat and almond crumble and summer berry ice cream. Heavenly doesn't even begin to describe it. It was light, creamy, and decadent without being overly sweet. Combined with the crumble and berry ice cream, it was the perfect ending to an incredible meal. Every single bite we had seemed to melt in our mouths. The quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail, and the flawless execution were evident in every dish. If you're looking for a restaurant that delivers exceptional food, outstanding service, and a truly special dining experience, The Stables at Belmont should be at the top of your list.
