The Impossible Whopper is my occasional guilty pleasure. This is my neighborhood location and they always get it right. The honor my wishes for how I prefer it to be prepared & it's always hot & fresh. The staff, even while busy, is always super pleasant & friendly. This is the ONLY BK I will frequent in this city. read more

Newly renovated . Clean and friendly fast service . Bathrooms were clean . Nice and cool inside . Seating area could have been cleaner . Tables needed some attention and the floors . It was Sunday at 12:00 so pretty sure they hadn't had a hugh lunch rush yet . Seemed like it was left from last night . But other than that good burger and fresh fries !!! read more

I've worked at fast food so I know that you need to work fast and things won't be perfect every time but it's like the people here didn't even try. I came for breakfast and everything I got was stale and colder than a corpse. You can't be this terrible during breakfast time because this is how people start their day you can literally ruin a persons entire morning with the meal I just received‍ I wish I could give this 0 stars read more

there service as in customer service she was rude and when we asked for the chicken fingers she said it was in the bag and she waited for us to look and it was in there but she said it was not a meal and we left and when I turned around she was talking about us it is to late for me to be fusing at a worker. read more

Pulled up to this drive thru several times in the evening hours only to be told the compter systems were down and they can't take orders. I don't stop here often but it's quite unusual that 3 out of 5 times I stopped here I couldn't order because of this excuse. I don't believe there were computer problems. read more

Where can you go and get great service? I tell you it's definitely not here. So I stopped by this location on because it's on my way home. Bad idea, why is that? They can't even get a simple grill order correctly. I mean my goodness it's not that hard only 3 ingredients. Oh maybe some can't count idk. Anyway, the other fast food restaurants drive thru's were extremely long. Get to this location only 2 cars in front of me. Although you would've thought it was wrapped around the building as slow as the line moved. Ridiculous! With the long wait you would've thought my order would've correct. You Live You Learn I'll think twice about returning to this location. read more

First of all, the lady on the intercom sounded unmotivated and disturbed. No may I help you, go ahead with your order, You Rule, nothing, just Burger King. I almost went to another restaurant after hearing the unmotivated voice which translates to how my food may turn out. Well I was right, they never get it right, been here several times as I live around the block. I ordered a Melt with Bacon, fries/rings, and medium coke. I ended up getting was appeared to be a double cheeseburger, no melt, no sourdough bun, but fries/rings, and coke, with all the necessary condiments. It just cannot be that hard to take an order, put it accurately into the system, have it made in the back, bag it, and give it to the customer. I guess when you do not want to be at work or do not like your job, you are the Last person to be handling someone's consumable food order. I will drive to Colonial Heights next time. v/r, Dr. K. While in the area one morning, I stopped in for a quick Ham, Egg & Cheese CROISSAN'WICH and a Bacon, Egg & Cheese CROISSAN'WICH as well. I also got a cup of coffee. Service was quick and somewhat decent... I say "somewhat" because the lid on my coffee wasn't secured to my cup before giving it to me and I found at while getting in my car and it popping off and me spilling some of the coffee. Overall, the coffee did taste good and was fresh. The sandwiches were good and fresh as well. Prices are also decent. The place seemed clean too. read more

My wife and I hadn't gone into this Burger King for over a year. We crossed them off the list due to poor service. Whenever we did go in, we'd usually have to go past 1-2 employeess standing at the entrance smoking and then experienced poor service inside. Since this was on our regular route out for most things, we begin to notice that there'd always be 1-2 emloyees out smoking almost every time we'd go by which reinforced our decision to stop going there. Well, after a year, we decide to try them out for breakfast. There were no 'smokers' out front (maybe because it was early in the morning). A good sigm. When we reached the counter - no one was there. It was actually a minute or two before someone came to the counter. There was an employee serving at the drive-throught window. The wife ordered de-caf coffee and was told there was none. What kind of fast place doesn't have de-caf coffee? We asked if she could check. The clerk did check with the on-duty manager and learned that they indeed served de-caf and a new batch was just about done. We finished our order collected our food and went to the seating. We went with an empty coffee cup - planning to wait for the fresh de-caf. When the brew was done, the on-duty manager called out to my wife 'Hey, Hon..' to come get her coffee. (She, obviously, was not a recent graduate of Burger King's Management Training College or had gone so long ago, she had forgotten the sessions on how to talk to customers.) On top of it all, the self-serve coffee tray (located at the main counter - not on the distant self-service beverage/condiment counter) was littered with over a half dozen empty creamer cups. How much effort would it have taken for anyone working there to clean them up? In general: - the food is standard quality - we've never experienced a problem in that area; - the cleanliness could be better - service standards need to be upgraded We've crossed this particular Burger King off our list - again! read more

I thought it was worth stopping here because there was no line and the lot seemed empty. Now I know why. It took a long time to get my blended mocha drink ready, even if a "new" guy was preparing it. What made it worse is that is simply tasted like chocolate milk. I now know to stick with Mickey D's next door for that sort of pick me up. read more

I have been eating at this Burger king since 94 and it used to be a nice respectful establishment. It used to be clean and it used to have a play area that was clean as well. I had a birthday in this Burger king when I was a little kid, they used to give you a crown to wear and a free kids meal. When my husband and I ate here before we left the state, we didn't see the ball pit anymore, we were told a kid peed in it and they had to rip it down because they didn't want other kids to get sick, I think they turned it into a place to sit and eat by the window. I was pregnant at the time and I purchased a chicken Caesar salad, the chicken was good but the lettuce had ice chips in it and was extremely cold and the cheese was frozen i threw out that part and just ate the chicken, needless to say I was still hungry and the salad was disgusting. read more

For a Burger King, it was, well a Burger King. Ordered a Fish sandwich, fries and a drink. Fish sandwich wasn't out of this world, but it was decent. The picture represented romaine lettuce, but instead it was served with chopped iceberg. No biggie. Fries were hot and crispy, and appropriate for a BK. Staff was friendly. It was fine. read more

Horrible experience at this Burger King over hot dogs! We ordered (4) classic dogs and (2) orders of fries. When we drove to the window, the cashier barely greeted us but took our money and gave us the food, including fries that were thrown in the bag. The order was incorrect. There were only two hot dogs... loaded with raw onions ketchup and mustard. Okay, we had no idea that the classics dogs came with these toppings. We assumed it would be upon request. Lesson learned. Then the cashier calls someone to the window and it goes completely downhill from there. The so called "manager" Latoya who approached the window is in dire need of management training and a write up. She was highly unprofessional starting with her greeting "Yes?" (Not how may I help you). She was defensive in posture and rolled her eyes. My fiance apologized about ordering the classic dogs not knowing how they were prepared. He also stated that we ordered 4 hot dogs but only received 2. She debated about our order because of what was on the receipt (cashier at fault), and told us there was nothing she could do about us not knowing what came on the hot dogs. ALL THIS BACK AND FORTH ABOUT SOME CHEAP HOT DOGS THAT WERE THROWN TOGETHER!!! So we demanded our money back. She lost money and business... we'll never support this establishment again. read more

Customer service sucks here. I was in here on a Sunday afternoon maybe 8 people were inside dining in. Still took 15 minutes to get my food!

So my brother and I went up there yesterday to get 5 large fries while some people back home were cooking burgers on the grill. They ask..need any sauce and I'm like yea yo, can I get honey mustard....anyways they give us the bag of fries and we scoot off and there's ONE pack of sauce...it's ZESTY sauce, not even honey mustard...what do they expect? 5 large fries needs only one sauce to dip in? Completely ridiculous, at least give one pack of sauce per large...can't believe these are the people that want 15 dollar minimum wage and can't even get the sauce game on point...y'all lucky I'm even giving one star. read more
