I used to stop here every morning for a breakfast sandwich the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and I just have to say whoever was making the biscuits knows how to make biscuits. They were the yummiest buttery soft, not overcooked biscuits. Since and I just get disappointed every time so I wanna say thank you to whoever was making my breakfast every day. Restaurant Hours: M-Sunday 9:00am- 10pm Drive -Thru Hours : M-Sunday 10:00am-12 pm The decor -industrial mixed with modern is comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The staff was friendly and efficient . They seem to work together to quickly fill each guest's order. The dining area was clean and straightened . The dining area has windows around it so the natural light comes in . Which makes your dining experience even more enjoyable . Wendy's claim is their beef is 100% fresh never frozen . This store is living up to this claim . It's their goal to work to deliver great-tasting food that is made when you order it and served to you by people who care. Don't want to waste my time writing a long review. (RealizeI did anyway). I have never written a review on yelp except for one positive exception many years ago. This Wendy's is awful. They couldn't find my online order, waited a little longer than ONE HOUR for all my food (8 meals) which did involve coming back because they forgot an entire meal. I was the only person if not maybe one other person waiting for their food. Then upon return was met with extremely rude customer service and was suspected of making up the fact that I didn't receive my meal. Honestly so much more happened: cursing loud between workers, extremely unprofessional and much more. There was four people working there but I saw most of them not helping to get my food out. Got my food and then waited 8 minutes for my four fountain drinks bottles of water and bottled milks. Just awful spot. Stopped by after a long day at a Softball tournament to celebrate our a great day on the fields with something cold and sweet...only to have our great moods ruined by the rude attitude of the staff. Ordered a meal and several double bacons along with three frosty treats, mild order for four people. We were handed the drink and two frostys then asked to pull forward to wait for the rest of our order. When informed that she forgot one of the frostys , staff member was rude and rolled her eyes. When we asked for spoons for our frozen treats we were informed that they would but them in our bags, it's hot outside and we wanted to eat them now!!! Received an attitude and rolling eyes yet again when we asked for spoons, and were told to just pull forward. Double bacons we're without lettuce, and no one informed us of a shortage. This Wendy's is the worst !!! Me and my mom have been to this Wendy's many times ... only to find out that every time we go there's always an issue .. let me begin ... 1. Me and my mom went here one day for lunch .. we both wanted burgers come to find out they were out of burgers ... they only had chicken ... so we got chicken sandwiches that weren't even done !! 2. Sunday morning again me and my mom came here to get breakfast... we both ordered the sausage and Swiss croissant.. we went through the drive thru ... the lady who was working the drive thru was on her phone .. didn't even pay attention to us at all .. 3. My mom and her husband went there one Sunday morning .. went through the drive thru only to find out they weren't taken cards only cash ... 4 . My mom and her husband wanted breakfast on a Saturday morning .. the drive thru worker let them order there food only to find out that they didn't have any biscuits! ... seriously! This Wendy's is trash. Drive through sucks and they take forever to get your order. Had to wait for a Grilled chicken sandwich for almost 10 min and after getting it, the bun was soggy, tomato was thin and mushy, and the chicken had no flavor... Never Again. read more

Food was good. Service was horrible!!! There were audio challenges as I tried to order in the Drive -thru. We muddled through that with the help of what I thought was a supervisor. Well, the icing came when my drink was literally shoved in my direction when I got to the window. I was so shocked at the employees' blatant negative attitude. She then told her coworkers that I "snatched" the drink. Don't believe I did, but given the way it was shoved in my face, ok, let's go with that. Then, we both waited impatiently and finally my food was complete and she shoved the bag at me. I got the impression she really wanted to throw my food at me. I checked my bag, my food was there. I could have, and really should have, at this point, pulled off and left. But, I'm a much better customer than she was employee, so I looked at her as she glared at me and then I asked her if she would like me to pay for my food. I have to admit the initial look of horror in her eyes made me smile inside. Any respectable business with even a minute modicum of customer service would not have let me have that experience, much less pay for it. Not sure what happened to the overbearing supervisor, but she was no where in sight when I was treated so poorly. If I weren't in a rush to make an appointment, I definitely would have given employee and supervisor my thoughts in person. Instead, I settled for sending a message to management and posting this review. I will now travel greater distances to patronize other establishments since I will never return to this Wendy's. In fact, I probably won't patronize any other Wendy's unless I'm literally starving and have no other food choice. Good luck to everyone else! read more
