One of the worse Wawas I've been too. Gas price on sign doesn't match pump prices. Breakfast special start at 5am don't come out until 530am. Definitely through my schedule off this morning trying to grab breakfast before work. Constantly running behind, no excuse everyday for why your breakfast isn't out. Edit: I spoke to the sandwich maker & she gave me more information on why they were behind today. She asked me what I needed I just told her I'll take whatever is ready. She grabbed a sandwich for me. The manager was very dismissive tho. read more

I'm obsessed with wawa at this point. I love their sizzlis. Omg I could buy like 4 and eat it. I love the iced coffee machine and self service station. You can make yourself a very nice coffee for under $3. It's not Starbucks but it's super yummy on a budget. I've also had their chili. (Amazing). Panini (Fantastic) and a meatball sub (meh this was ok). Quesadilla was bomb as well. read more

Cluster! James, the manager should be FIRED! 2 men walking around the store, which previously had to close to COVID outbreak in that store, were sneezing without covering their mouth in any way, 8 times. Sneezed on people & merchandise, in front of their cashier & sneezed directly on my while he was wearing NO MASK. I asked him about wearing no mask, politely at first, he said he didn't have one. I went to my car & got some from a new box & one of the men let it fall to the floor & refused to wear it. He was allowed, after being reported to James the manager, to continue to wonder throughout the store not giving even two feet distance & wearing NO MASK. The manager said he could do NOTHING. IT IS TGE LAW IN VA & he could do nothing. I asked the manager to get my order for me because of the crowd of now ganging up on me people of a color different than mine & when he finally returned, the order was wrong. I typically use Wawa as a pit-stop several times a day between my rides as a driver, so I'm pretty accustomed to the look and layout of the different stores. I visited the Wawa at 6001 Ironbridge Road at 6:30am on a Saturday morning- a rarity during this day. I was aghast at the condition of the parking lot! Trash was everywhere and when I walked to the building the trash large trash can was overstuffed and trash was on the side walk! The worst part? I went into the ladies restroom and I was left in utter shock- if I didn't have to go so bad I would have walked out. Torn seat covers and tissue were strewn everywhere! I couldn't take it. I picked up all of the trash on the floor then vigorously washed my hands. The coffee station was just as nasty! I don't understand why customers can't just wipe up their spills! You know when you spill sugar and creamer everywhere. Leave the area clean for the next person. I started wiping off the coffee area. I realize Wawa is very busy, but at the same time, it should be a place where people don't mind coming. I prefer cleanliness as it tells a lot about a person, but this store was absolutely disgusting from the outside to the inside. Why? Managers please be vigilant in keeping the stores you are entrusted with in presentable shape. Today was unacceptable for a business. I question how clean your cooking area is because if that is kept clean, then the entire store should be. All of the other Wawa stores I have visited have pristine and great smelling restrooms not this one. Please tighten up! read more

What? Gas station food? Are you serious?! Yes, sir! Wawa has gas station food that's actually good and they've got tons of fresh options (salads, carrots, pineapple, apple and yogurt cups, and more). I'm all about the Wawa because you have the option of eating healthy or getting some bad, but tasties :). The milk shakes are pretty good, but the smoothies are terribly sweet. I like the cookies and cream and mint chocolate chip shake. Not the best, but kills a drive-thru shake. i don't even like sandwiches, but Wawa makes a mean sandwich. Those ciabatta melts are soo good. Try italian with sweet peppers, caesar dressing, and just about anything else you can add...yum! The wraps are really tasty, too. Wawa brand drinks and ice cream are great, too. Very high quality. The green tea is good and so ice the chocolate peanut butter ice cream. They're 24 hours, so who can beat that?! Need a snack after a late night? Wawa's your place! And the bagel sandwiches are soooo gooooodd! So sad there wasn't one near me in Charlottesville, nor is there one in Miami (tear :'( ) Only bad thing is I get a little creeped out going here at night because it seems there's only men around...not so good for a lone girl...always be on alert. WAWA!!! A gas station! With food that actually taste good and NOT dried up meat patties on a bun and dried out hot dogs with crispy bun??? Get out! Yes indeed.. Check it out. My son loves getting bagels from here in the morning and the first time he mentioned it I raised my brow to him and said eh?? Let me inform you that NOW, I enjoy WAWA and I too ensure I have a bagel some mornings! lol.. They have a good selection of items to eat (food). It's also good if you're out late and you're hungry.. It sure beats going to McDonalds or some other fast food joint. Here you have an option (healthy or comfort).. WAWA is good to go in my book! read more

While I was living in the state it was the only place that I would go to, to get gas because there prices were always on the cheap side. The coffee is good, the food is good it's a nice place to get a quick snack. The employees are always nice. read more

Every time I order something from here, they never have all of the ingredients. Even if it's not during prime lunch/dinner hours. Not sure who handles their food stock supplies, but they need to tighten up. read more

I love this particular location, it's always packed but clean with plenty of parking, the best things about Wawa in my book: 1. No fee ATM for me, yay! 2. Ice cream, shakes & lottery tickets, not a winner yet but hey! 3. The BEST fresh food & fruit options from a service station, the deli sandwiches are the best, you place your order via the Kiosk, pay and pick it up, with so many options it's hard to choose sometimes but there's people behind you glaring so you get through it, there's fresh fruit and it's actually FRESH and good in season fruit, I also love the egg white omelette, it's flavorful and prepared FRESH, I tried a breakfast sandwich one morning, not my usual choice and it was delicious, moist meat, nice yummy egg and fresh bread, definitely not your typical Mc whatever sandwich, and if you're staying at Hyatt place the prices are much cheaper than their in~house market sandwiches/fruit. 4. Never going to this Wawa again! I went inside to pay $10 of gas when I went out to pump the car nothing came out, I went back in and told them that the pump didn't put in gas, they said I did. Manager comes out with a attitude saying that I did put in gas that I went in and gave a $20, she gave me a time that I supposedly went in, I had totally forgot I had a receipt that at that time I was at food lion. I kept telling them they could see my car that it had no gas at all or they could see the cameras. I was there arguing until they refunded. No need for all of that. read more

I always get gas here. Two different times, one a week ago and the other two weeks ago pump five pumped exactly 93 cent and cut off. I switched pumps to avoid going inside because the staff is extremely rude and inattentive. The first time I ordered food there the cashier refused to give a receipt because she was getting ready to clock out and didn't want to get paper. The second time I went inside was because another pump wouldn't work but all the others were full. I tried explaining to the cashier that the button wouldn't work but she was too busy talking to a coworker so I just prepaid and left. Now I just switch pumps to avoid the workers rude attitudes. read more

This is your typical Wawa...its busy just about anytime you drive past, but especially in the mornings as people gas up and buy their daily cup of joe. And it's no wonder...Wawa's coffee is really good...and cheap! They offer a variety of roasts that are freshly brewed, in addition to a variety of creamers and an offering of sugar and sweetener. In addition, there are several cup sizes to choose from, though 12 oz of decaff (the smallest) is enough for me! If you're not a coffeehouse snob, this is a great place to pick up a good cup of coffee...not to mention the gas prices are usually a LITTLE cheaper than other gas stations. Wawa also makes hot sandwiches and has all of the fare of a typical mart/convenience store. Wawa seems to be a way of life for many...I can dig it. read more

Today's date 12/6/2018: The night supervisor on duty has a bad attitude/bad customer service. It is now 11:55pm and I just left there 5 minutes before that time. After I ordered my sandwiches and paid for my items. I went over there to let her know that my 2 club sandwiches I ordered were mine and that I'm going to go fill up my car with gas real quick and I'll be right back. She didn't even respond or said a word to me. So I came back inside and picked up my sandwiches and I asked if she could bagged them up for me and she rudely said u have to go get a bag from the cashier. So I didn't say anything after, just got a bag for my sandwiches and just left. Horrible customer service and should not be a Supervisor or have any leadership positions what so ever. Also I just got off duty from work. I am a Security Officer. I don't know if she has a problem with anyone wearing the uniform but I felt like I was being disrespected by her. read more
