I found this McDonald's location to generally be quite positive. The food was good, quick, and accurate. It has an expansive drive-thru which is a major positive and multiple entrances from the road to the standalone building - however the placement of the McDonald's can take some careful looking at the map to get to exactly. During the COVID-19 pandemic they exemplified excellent customer service by their drive-thru workers wearing personal protective equipment, which was not something I saw at necessarily every other McDonald's. read more

This is the closest McDonald's to my home and has the worst customer service. They have a 97% incorrect order rate and then they argue with you with the window when you explained to them that that's not what you ordered if you use drive-through or pay at the counter make sure you get a receipt The purpose for a receipt at this McDonald's so that you can show them while they're standing in front of you with the wrong order exactly what you ordered. They will still argue with you and say that's not what it says on their screens or they will tell you something Like while. I've already poured this drink so you have to take it. It doesn't matter that it's not what you ordered. The only reason this McDonald's is still open is because there's not much else in the immediate area. This is hands-down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in 50 years worldwide. I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's but they're quick and easy and my kids like chicken nuggets and McDonald's is the closest thing you can get the chicken nuggets fast Having been a restaurant manager in the past, I can tell you frequently the food is burned and doesn't meet the minimum requirements to set out. It's clearly been sitting in the window too long. It taste like the fryer oil. It gets changed out yearly not weekly. their employees are not well trained their managers have zero clue And they're not even really that busy but they will pull you up to their window to say drive-through time and then have the person bring you the wrong order to their third window within 10 seconds of you pulling up there and then argue with you again about what you ordered that you have to pull around and go inside and yell at a manager And show them your receipt and what they gave you and this is the only fast food restaurant I've ever been to that takes back the wrong order and puts it back in the warming shelves for the next customer I have seen them do it and called them on it. I can't speak for the cleanliness of the store. All I can say is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to which is a decision. I'm ashamed to admit has been consistent over by 30+ trips there in the last three years I purposely avoid it if my kids ask for McDonald's I'll drive right past it or go out of my way to go to a different McDonald's most of the time because it's that bad even something as simple as iced tea taste like it's been sitting there for weeks and fermenting. I will say while the dining room could be cleaner. It's not as much of a wreck as the organization of the kitchen and the customer service, make sure you check your orders. they will give you a drink marked small with your meal combo, which should be a medium and sometimes they'll give you a small drink even if you order large on your combo there have been times I have ordered three meal combos, all large and gotten a large shrink with one combo, a medium drink with the other combo and a small drink with the third combo when I have brought it up I was told all large is only for the fries so I said well then why does this one have a large drink and this one small drink so what you're telling me is they all come with medium drinks and medium fries when you go large and make large fries so why are three different combos with three different size drinks they have never given me an answer other than there are people waiting behind you so I pull around to talk to the manager and eventually get my large drinks that it shows on my receipt. It's a McDonald's I'm not expecting quality food, but I am expecting it fast. 90% of the time that is not happening. I frequent this location pretty often and it usually goes two ways. Either I get the food "fast" but I have missing items or I have to wait nearly proper sit down restaurant times for the food to get out. Aside from the fluctuation of quality of service, the location is usually dirty. Sticky floors accompany the straw wrappers that seem to play pickaboo with you. The table with the fancy light show is reminiscent of a children's high chair, again sticky and obviously abused. The best thing the restaurant has going for it is the screens that allow you to order your food without interacting with the workers because most of them are children with some sort of attitude. Which explains a lot about why this location is the way it is. Ultimately if this location wasn't so convenient to order from I wouldn't but here we are, also their parking lot is a situation by its lonesome. read more

I've lived by this restaurant and since it's a 24 hour restaurant it has come in handy for late night food cravings. After working a 12 hour overnight shift, I just wanted to eat & crash. So I ordered pancakes and the steak & egg bagel combo with orange juice. This is a regular for me. I get home to get off my tired feet and bite into my sandwich, considering first it's suppose to be a biscuit but I can get past that fact and OMG. There is a sauce on it! Where does that come from, who put it there and better yet... just plain yuk! I eat jelly on my sandwich and sure ain't ask for some sauce. My taste buds go into overdrive. I go back and am told it's a "breakfast sauce". When I got this on Wednesday it didn't have breakfast sauce. The manager fussed at cashier but ma'am, my stomach wants to fuss at you. That was plain nasty ! Please advise customers of changes or better yet don't mess up a great sandwich. No mas Tried it tonight for a cheeseburger, fries & 4 apple pies. Don't judge me and another disaster. I pul up to drive thru and the mic is off and I can barely hear the cashier. So I repeat my order 3 times and after not hearing whether or not she had it since no total was given pulled up to the window. I informed the lady what my dilemma was and she took my order & money and I pulled up to the next window. I waited and the young lady said it's a 12 minute wait on apple pies and did I mind waiting. I did mind and said just cancel my order. The young lady closed the window and came back 3 times asking me if I wanted to wait for the Apple pies. I stated no each time and the unnecessary comments from her & other worker is not appropriate for workers. The receipt was provided back so I could get my money back. On a Saturday morning at 4 am, it took me 30 seconds to place my simple order (1 drink, 1 sandwich, 1 hash brown) but over 10 minutes to get it. Stopped for a quick pre work breakfast, unaware I'd be sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes at the intercom. I would simply have left if I hadn't been sandwiched in, so the girl finally realizes that she's at work and has to take orders from customers, but even that task seems too demanding for her as she is distracted while I'm attempting to place a simple order of a combo and drink. I have had visits since then and each time, it is this girl who takes my order. She is horrendous and the reason I will not return to that McDonald's. The food was as good as one can expect McDonald's to be, but the service is beyond atrocious. Something that should take five minutes at the longest takes at least fifteen because of this girl, and these are not peak times I'm showing up at, to make matters worse. the night shift staff sucks. the lines are long and take forever, they never know what my order is when i get to the window, and i'm never talked to by any of the staff just to be greeted or to confirm my order at all. i usually ignore all of that so i can eat but tonight i asked for two deluxe quarter pounders at the speaker and saw that they rang it up as two regular quarter pounders so we asked them to change it at the speaker and they said they did. we get up to the window and ask them again just to be sure they're deluxes and the kid working back window with curly hair and glasses around 8:30 pm didn't even look at the screen before saying "yeah". long story short we get all the way back home and the deluxes are NOT deluxes at all. needless to say i found it annoying enough to write a review. definitely will not catch me here again. the laziness here is just too obnoxious to tolerate. read more

The new building is fantastic and inside service was very good. The driving and parking are worse prior to the rebuild. It took us 15 minutes to get out of the parking space. We were blocked in because of the two drive through lanes were full and were not moving. This is where the handicap parking is located; bad design. I would recommend NOT using the handicap parking. read more

On my way home from shopping, stopped by to order dinner. I ordered crispy chicken clubhouse, extra bacon, onions and sauce on the side. Had to wait at second window for food, then searched bag for sauce, none, had to wait until someone noticed me again to get sauce. Get home started to put sauce on sandwich. THERE WAS NO MEAT. I couldn't call because they gave me no receipt. I had to drive back to McDonald's, 8 miles one way, went into restaurant and showed staff. They apologized, cooked me another. Then manager told cashier to give me APPLE PIE OR FRENCH FRIES OR COOKIE. I looked in bag and said where are fries and was told either/or and I looked at them like ARE YOU SERIOUS, then they asked, do you want fries too? I said, NO, I will never go their again.
