When I read the sign on the door: "Please use other door," I walked to the other side of the building and tried the door from the patio. I thought it was strange to make customers walk through tables and chairs. The patio door was locked, and I realized the sign meant the door right next to the one with the sign. This is what happens when you have been driving for four hours on three hours of sleep. I'm on my way to Atlantic City to write next book and stopped here for a bagel with butter. Pretty chaotic in there because of drive-thru but clean. I brought my hot bagel with butter to the car to eat it so I could listen to my own music, but I forgot a knife. I was parked far away now (power nap spot), so I wasn't going back in. Ended up buttering bagel with my hands, which got butter on the steering wheel, middle console, and my hands. Never fear though, Wet Wipes are here. However, while sitting there, a bird pooped on the corner of my windshield--the spot where the wipers won't reach. I could imagine a flock of birds flying overhead and one saying to his buddy, "Watch this. Poop bomb, corner windshield." SPLAT! Show-off. This is a good Starbucks right off I-95, but come prepared if you plan on eating a bagel in an empty parking lot nearby. read more

I have purchased a few drinks from here. The employees have always been polite and fast.

Ordered from the app and got; a bumblebee cake pop, a sweet iced tea, and an iced caffé mocha. The iced mocha I had not tried before from here but it was very good even the regular way it comes. The sweet iced tea was only slightly sweet so next time I know to ask for 1 or 2 pumps of liquid cane sugar depending on the cup size. The cake pops are always yummy from here. The floor was a bit sticky and my shoes stuck to the floor a bit but they were slammed and there was only 3 employees so that was the last thing I cared about at the time. They got my order 100% accurate and delicious. The inside area was pretty packed and the inside is fairly small, so for this location I do not suggest working here on the computer or anything. Your order will be done pretty quickly though and staff is very friendly! read more

Such great service!!!! My fiancé and I stopped at the location off of the highway while road tripping home. I had such amazing service and great beverage suggestions. When entering into the store we were greeted with a warm happy holidays and a smile. I explained what I was looking for/ had a taste for and she delivered my order in under two minutes. I literally walked from the check out counter to the pick up area and my order was ready. We order two delicious warm blueberry muffins and two venti coffees with hazelnut syrup and hot water. RUDE employees. I ordered a dark roast coffee, she gave me a medium roast, IMO. I kindly asked again for a dark roast, she replied rudely "that's all we have". Excuse me? It's 6:30am, and I know that she could make a dark roast for customers if they don't have any available, instead she said NO. And other employees rolled their eyes at me and asked her loudly "What's she said?" Starbucks need to retraining these employees. It's bad that they treated customer like that. read more

"Woke" bathrooms. Walked into a bathroom when I saw the male/female sign. Jumped when I saw it was a 2 stall bathroom and looked again to make sure I was in the correct restroom. Yes, they have male and females in the same bathroom. Man came in while I was using the bathroom. Incredibly unnerving and uncomfortable to try an use a restroom with a man inches from you. So uncomfortable!! Not to mention how I could ever send my daughter alone in there by herself. Will be boycotting woke Starbucks from now on. read more

A small Starbucks with a gigantic parking lot - and well needed as it gets extremely crowded, whether in the Starbucks itself or in the often-congested drive-thru. Limited spacing in the interior. Big and friendly staff that usually is quick and efficient with orders even if once they mismade my mobile order drink - but the other many times spot-on. Overall though I find it a good, solid Starbucks that is clearly designed to be a commuter's shop to pick up a drink to/back from work. Not really made for sitting down and relaxing. read more

This location is convenient to my home. This location does not have a drive-through order screen, so that you can view your order prior to paying. They get very busy out try to get you through the line as quickly as possible. The new impossible sandwich is meatless. I am not a vegetarian but I was delicious! Also had the iced caramel macchiato! Took forever to get a regular black coffee. When I got it coffee was dripping all down the side.

This place is always swamped, under staffed and unorganized. Management is usually awful and spends all their time trying to look busy, not actually doing anything while the baristas are run off their feet. Literally on multiple occasions the "manager" has spent most of her time carrying the same thing back and forth with zero purpose. Whether it's the some box or the same tray of sandwiches, she takes them on a tour of the store room and then back out onto the floor and then back to the store room again. Never taking anything out, just making the rounds doing nothing. This morning, I was there for over 30 minutes waiting for 2 drinks (1 hot/1cold) and 2 sandwiches. I waited in my car for a while since the drive through and parking lot were pretty full. I knew it would be backed up. The cold drink and the sandwiches were ready pretty quickly after I came in and I waited quietly for about 15 minutes without saying a word. The cold drink is melting. The sandwiches are getting cold. I go up to the hot drink barista and am just looking at names on the stickers through the back since they're sticking up above the top of the machine. They all say the same name. The barista says "sorry Sarah has like a million drinks". All I said was "I was just looking to see where I was in the line up since I have 3 of my 4 orders". She asks me the name and very graciously makes the drink for me. She's frustrated but super nice. During this very brief conversation the useless manager comes out and directs us (while looking at me) to stop talking to their baristas, as they are very busy and we're slowing them down. If we have questions we should speak to her over at the register. #1. She wasn't at the register. She was too busy wasting time while everyone worked circles around her #2 if someone has an order that large, as the manager (who obviously isn't doing anything) should take that order and fill it to keep it from completely shutting down everyone else's order. You had a bottleneck in your process and the issue wasn't people asking a barista for a drink, it was your lazy incompetence and inability to manage a large order appropriately. Someone needs to manage the management here. read more

If it was physically possible to give less than the one star I would. It was so disappointing, understandable they were busy however while waiting for my drink with my family The barista stopped everyone in the Starbucks made a loud announcement stating we are making the drinks in the order that they are received (now I thought at this point he was going to make an announcement that they were working as quickly as possible) but instead what he stated was that they are making the drinks in order received however, and then he pointed and stated "THE WOMAN TO MY RIGHT MUST HAVE HER DRINK BEFORE YOU ". So he publicly humiliated a customer/older lady. To make it worse his wife apparently was there to hang out with him while he worked, and started yelling that he is a veteran so we need to give him respect. I stated to her very calmly then he should understand restraint. Working with the government and the military all my life as well as family of veterans it was humiliating for her to state that. Along with the fact that I can't believe a barista from Starbucks publicly chose to humiliate a customer. Which ruined obviously that person's experience as well as mine read more

I've always received great service when I go into this Starbucks, and great coffee too! Though I must warn that the drive-through is really slow sometimes, but I don't think it's their fault; it's the fault of a driver that orders 5+ things and holds up the drive through line for 15 minutes. The cashier greeted me with a "Happy Birthday" and told her team that it was my birthday. They all said, "Happy Birthday" to me. It was nice to be acknowledged after a 2-hour drive by myself. I have become increasingly more annoyed with this location. The staff seems even more unwilling to do any part of their jobs quickly, or accurately. Early morning or afternoon, this drive thru is the absolute slowest thing around, and I am used to taking my time! There are always staff members standing around and talking, messing around...in FULL view of customers who are watching them not make their orders. Manager needs to do something, either clean up the staff or be more selective in hiring people who actually want to work. read more
