Like Wawas everywhere busy. Gas was cheapest that I saw. Looked clean and there were lots and lots of people.

Just a quick stop at this convenient Wawa for a drink, because the rental car was not yet needing to be fueled up. This location is at a busy intersection, so they have traffic lights that should help you get in and out of the station onto the busy road. As is customary for Wawa, the inside of the store is brightly lit and fully stocked. They have all the drinks, a large coffee bar with all the fixings, soda fountains, made-to-order food and a bunch of snacks. Parking is decent and the pump area is well covered. Good place for a pit stop!!! By far one of the larger Wawa's I have visited!!! Of course thy have good deals on bottled water the traditional soda machine has been replaced with the Coca Cola Wheel of Drinks machine offering up over 100+ drink options. Plus, little did I know but learned really quickly that with any bottled drink purchase you can get a cup of ice any size for free!!!! Amazeballs surprise for the girl who loves cups of ice!! Hubs is originally from the Philly area so whenever we are traveling and see a Wawa, he wants to stop. We have stopped at this Wawa twice in the past few months when traveling to & from Richmond. Its a little ways off the interstate, which is not ideal but overall it is ok. On both stops we fueled up the vehicle then went inside for bio break and hoagies. Bathrooms are clean and food is fine. Not the best Wawa I have been to, but it will do. On today's stop we were disappointed to find no pretzels. We love Wawa pretzels and usually get a couple to take home. read more

I had stopped here a few times for a quick fill up of the gas tank, but tonight I went inside to get a sandwich. I knew they had the same sandwich format as Sheetz, so I used the touch screen and ordered a chopped chicken sub. The one employee behind the counter was working quickly and efficiently on the several orders she was preparing. She had it ready for me with minimal waiting, The store was clean and lines at the register were kept short. All employees I noticed were pleasant and hard working. More and more I'm finding little treasures at WaWa. They're the perfect spot for a quick lunch.. And it's made fresh to order. I love it. Great one stop shop for gas, lowest price cigarettes in town and made to order food. Their touch screen meal selection has everything from breakfast sandwiches to dinner for the whole family! Not to mention, custom make to order specialty coffee's, milk shakes and sundae's! Their food prices are waaay cheaper & better/fresher quality than fast food! Best part is, you can pre-order on their app, select a pick up time, even pre-pay! GM Neil is always super friendly and cashier Nancy knows her customers by name. She makes you really feel special. This is by far the cleanest gas station/conveinence store I have ever stepped foot in. As you can probably tell, Im here about 4-5 times a week for various purchases. It's another Wawa review. What can I say that hasn't been said before. Well I need a little mad money so we stopped here. Their ATM has no surcharge to use it which is a sweet deal. Wawa is my go to for coffee when Im in my city, if i am out of state especially in the west coast I go to DD. Wawa is always crowded i dont care what time to go there. But dont let the crowdiness stop you from going because when its crowded they will have 4 cashiers open to get the crowd out quickly. They make great breakfast sandwiches and hoagies/subs...called little shorties for 6 inches. I love all the different flavors of coffees, bold, rich, dark...etc Also for the health nuts like myself thry have a nutritious counter for the healthy eaters. So its a one stop shop...gas, donuts, food and Coffee. Restroom are clean too. read more

The gas station I don't have a complaint about, the convenience store I don't have a complaint about, but the carwash needs a lot of work. When you want high-pressure soap to come out of the car wash you should get high pressure soap. I got water with no hint of soap. I was underwhelmed with the foaming brush, which again, was supposed to have soap. I just want soap to come out so that I can wash my car, I'm not asking for a lot. This is a high traffic gas station. I'm sure others have been unhappy about the lack of soap. I don't think that I'm going to see a lot of change in the amount of soap that you get to wash your car. I won't be back here to wash my car. read more

I have been going here regularly for two years. The folks who prepare food are always cheerful, and the food is good. However today I had a problem with a gas pump and found that several of their staff members (including the manager) could care less about customer service. The pump computer would not let me complete entering my zip code for my credit card. I had to go in to tell the cashier and spoke to two people behind the counter about it. No apology for the computer error- just "I would be cold!" Because, yes, it was freezing out. The cashier said I could prepay there and it should be ready to go. I paid and went back out, and the pump was locked up and would not do anything. I used the call button for help, and they said they would send someone out. This other guy walks out to me extremely slow five minutes later, like he has zero sense of urgency. He realizes it really is not working and THEN asks someone to transfer my money to another pump, saying he will follow me there. I move my car and he goes to help someone else, after I just told him I am now late for a meeting! Finally he comes over and just says it's ready, NO apology for the inconvenience. After I left I called the manager to let him know about the poor customer service and the fact that the pump cut me short 30 cents. Again, NO apology!!!! Just "Well I don't know what we could have done better". How about you act like you care about your customers?! read more

Stopped here to charge my car. Ordered food through the machine, but they didn't call my number even after a good while. When I inquired, the lady unapollogetically handed the food packet with this comment - " don't forget to pay for this at the register". Cashier looked unhappy too. I love going in here! The staff is always smiling and so friendly. They make me feel very welcomed and valued. The food is always great and I love how they offer such a variety of things. I see some of the staff outside of the store in normal day errands and they wave and speak and continue to be courteous. The manager Angela is the best and I love speaking to Trish and Dustin. Way to go guys and keep it up. I go out of my way to go to this particular Wa Wa as none of the other ones around compare! read more

I love Wawa and their service, but this location has a serious loitering problem. There are usually several cars in the parking lot with people just hanging out - almost everytime I go. Usually they are on one side and can sort of be avoided, but last this last time they were in the spots near the door with music blaring. When I left the building, the cars were then in the enter/exit lane, blocking everyone trying to drive through or park. There is a "no loitering" sign, but is obviously never enforced. read more
