This place is down the street from where I live, and I had been going to the old location for years. When the new site opened some month ago, this place used to handle the volume of new customers and still make great drinks. Here lately, the drinks have been lacking due to constantly running out of items. I ordered an Iced Green Tea and a Mango Dragon Fruit drink. I asked for Splenda to be added to my drink order since they haven't had Stevia w/ Monk Fruit in months. When I picked up my order, there was a handwritten note on my drink stating that they were out of Splenda. When I walked over to the condiment area, they had Stevia in the Raw. At times, this place is unpredictable in their choices. My wife ordered the Mango Dragonfruit drink. She stated that it was extremely watery and lacked any substance. Ordered Java chip frappachino and and they put it in as frap chips saying it is no longer on the menus, also ordered a chai cream frappachino and it was correctly listed on the drive through menu screen but was clearly wrong at the window and had no whipped cream like every other frappachino I have ever had plus the lady at the window was calling it something totally different, then claimed it was the same thing Will not be using this location again. Make sure you get there be before 9pm!! The store hours are listed online and on the door 5:30am-9:30pm but they shut down at 8:45pm apparently. I've been by there multiple times and was going to hit the drive-thru but lights out and no service before 9pm. Hello Everyone So I have been drinking Starbucks since the 90's and I happen to live literally up the street from a new location, it moved from across the street. I went in there yesterday Sunday October 13 and I went to the drive thru I stated what my order was I was there to get a makeover because they messed up on my coffee the day before, so as I read my order off I thought that everything was going to be correct this time. I got yo the window and she said the total and I stated that my name is ..... and I spoke to the supervisor and my order is at no cost so she didn't close the window and proceeded to say I don't see her name all loud and unprofessional. She opened the window again and said I don't see your name I advised her of who I spoke with she did the same thing so by the time the Manager came to the window and started to talk about the Employee in a negative way called him names and I am just looking at her as if something is wrong with her! which was a supervisor that I spoke with , so she walked off after trying to use her authority I was just blown away at the unprofessionalism and lack of team togetherness. So she came back and said that I found it and I still was just starring at her in disbelief! Your Managers and Team Members need to all be re-trained on professionalism and what it means to be team players. This store lacks this. read more

There's an employee who always makes my drink wrong. Service is slow when they are there and my drink is always wrong, always. It almost leads me to believe they are doing it on purpose. My drink is also unique enough to know it's me. If employees at this location read this review- Talk to me the next time you see me. I'm always polite, ask how you're doing, say please and thank you, so I don't understand why my drink is wrong so often. The other reviews are 4-5 stars. I want to leave a 5 star review but it's hard to do so when I pay $5+ for a drink that's wrong half the time. read more

This Starbucks location is really small - it's on the edge of an already very small strip mall and is connected into the building rather than standalone, thus lacking a drive-thru - but it's kind of an 'undiscovered secret' as I found it to not be subject to the horrid morning lines/overpacking that many Starbucks seem to be subject to. The parking lot is small but big enough given the stores it serves to usually not be packed. They also have a delight in their service that stood out to me in how they tried to make the customer feel appreciated, made sure the orders were prepared well and accurately, and always tried to give a smile and brighten one's day. With COVID going on this store seemed different. It was my first time in this location. As soon as you walk in chairs were stacked in middle of room right in front of you. Walk one way and exit another path, with plexi glass front display. The cashier was friendly enough, but this place lacked something Starbucks normally offers. I guess you would say the vibe! You can see all the multiple workers in the back keeping busy. Just lacked the normal Starbucks vibe. read more

The parking lot is difficult to maneuver as there are multiple busy (Chipotle, First Watch) businesses next door. Don't park on the side of the building by Chipotle or you'll get blocked in by the drive thru. The wait time even for mobile orders is significantly longer at this store. My drink is always made exactly as requested and the staff is very friendly. There is a new location just down the street with a bigger inside and parking lot so I'll frequent that one now but if need be I would go back to this one. read more

Usually don't have a problem with this location, however today we asked for Oat Milk but were given Almond Milk. We even clarified with the cashier that she rang up Oat Milk. Low and behold when we get our drink, we saw the barista make it with Almond milk and even the sticker stated "almond milk." Luckily the barista remade it and we watched her, but what if my wife had an allergy? We specified and asked for a certain type of milk for a reason. read more

This is always a pleasant Starbucks to visit. Today I went in to redeem my birthday reward. I was in around 10am, so there was no morning rush hour crowd. The cashier was pleasant and while there were a few people in front of me waiting for their drinks, I didn't have to wait long. The place is clean and parking is a breeze. I've been a regular at this location for so long that they have my order memorized :) I'm vegetarian so I have to frequently ask for items with the meat removed, and they always make sure that it's meat-free which means a lot! read more

Tried the Almind milk, cinnamon macchiato from Starbucks and then taste is great. It's not sweet like alot of the starbuck family line of drinks, so i was impressed. I will purchase again. Anything with cinnamon contributes to lowering that blood sugar level. read more

I usually use this StarBucks when I'm in town visiting relatives. Traveling for my job I've been to StarBucks all over the United States. Here goes.....the service is sorta slow and forgetful. I ordered a half decaf and they didn't have any brewed, but offered a couple of shots of decaf. This happened at 9:30 am. Usually, the correct response is we will brew some and it's on the house, this response did not happen. I left.... Also, the coffee has to be the hottest I have ever had, it's scalding, literally. This location is small, no drive through and is in a strip mall facing the parking lot. So it's pretty low on esthetics as well. So.....my suggestion is buy the beans and make it yourself at home and save yourself the trip, it's not really worth it. read more

Had a great business meeting with my Director here. I showed her the secret menu in which we both ordered from. She ordered a strawberry lemonade green tea and I had a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino. The Mgr. Ryan overheard me placing my order and jokingly asked why would I choose to be different, causing them problems so early this Monday morning? He invited me to make his store my home Starbucks store, which is about 15 minutes away from the one I usually frequent.
