If there were a lower rating that one star, I will would giving it, especially after our experience there last Wednesday, though we have eaten there prior without incident, though with little selection not particularly clean. On Wednesday June 18th, my wife and I entered that Dunkin at approximately 9:00 AM with another disabled veteran, both of us dressed in our Veteran Service Organization (VSO) shirts, hats, etc. I do not recall the man who helped us having a name tag on, but he was a young African man with dredlocks and glasses. Initially, he was courteous, until the other veteran asked for a military discount, to which the employee replied that they had one, but the manager was gone and he could not ring up that discount. I went ahead and ordered two dozen donuts for other veterans who live at the VA Hospital which we were providing brunch for and I said as much. My friend insisted and asked for the manager's name which the employee refused to give. A discussion between them got a bit heated and the employee asked my friend to leave the store, loudly - "Get out of my store!" My friend left so the employee could finish serving us, as the first dozen was half ready and we did not wish to be late for the brunch. At that point, the employee turned to myself and my wife (who had not said a word the entire time) and said "Get out of my store!" I asked him for the name of the manager, so we could address this at a later time; he refused again. We left. Research since then has not revealed the name of a manager, district manager or otherwise, or even if the store is a franchise or a company store. The listed phone number also does not ring at the store, nor can a message be left. With no way to reach the company to report this unacceptable behavior up the Dunkin chain-of-command leaves me little choice but to pen this review so this does not happy to anyone else. read more

Dunk in to Dunkin' for a fast caffeine and sugar fix! When I'm feeling a hole in my day and need a little pick me up, grabbing a coffee or iced tea and a donut can really hit the spot! Now if only I can narrow down my donut! Should I get the lemon filled, the jelly filled, the seasonal sprinkled, Boston Cream, chocolate cake, apple, or my favorite "go to" the plain old fashioned?? Decisions, decisions! This Chester location had a rather small parking lot, there's no drive thru and the service is slow. This DD could use a facelift for sure. I think more people would make this a regular stop if they revamped this donut shop and picked up the pace. They also have some breakfast sandwiches and some other bakery choices, but let's face it, we come for the donuts! The teacher in me would grade this place a C- but hey, that's still 3 stars! I went there today around 8 something in the morning and the cashier was good however I ordered a bagel w/ extra cream cheese. I even heard the guy making the food asked him if my ordered had extra cream cheese. As you can tell in the picture it seemed like he gave me LESS than the normal amount of cream cheese. Can someone please tell me how this Dunkin' is even open. Husband and I got off 95 to grab a cup of coffee. We decided to go inside and go to the restroom and wash our hands. There is no soap in neither men's or women's bathroom. When I went to at least rinse my hands with water the whole entire faucet came out the base. It was completely rusted. After that there was NO way I was getting anything in this place. I pray there is a sink with hot water and soap in the employee area. If not health department please shut them down don't wait until someone gets sick. read more

I'm not a big Dunkin Donuts fan, but I received a gift card and decided to use it. When I was pulling up to Dunkin Donuts someone had parked across the enter and exit opening with a pickup truck. This left one way in and one way out. I don't think that's a Dunkin Donuts problem but more of a rude and inconsiderate customer problem. I go in and it's plenty busy and line has formed. When I get to the counter I order a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a english muffin, with a side of hash browns, and a chocolate donut. The cashier informs me they have run out of english muffins but have croissants, so I get the croissant. I go to swipe my gift card and it says card failed. I called the card before I went to Dunkin Donuts just to avoid this issue. The cashier takes the card and slides it and it still doesn't work. He hands it back to me and says it's not working. I disappointingly pay cash for my food. In other establishments when a gift card does slide properly they enter the number in, but not here. I wait for my order for almost 15 minutes. They only have 1 working toaster oven. When I get my food I'm missing my hash brown so I have to wait some more for them. The croissant was sloppy, due to the worker having to rush being as though she was only working with 1 oven. The croissant was flaky and buttery, the sausage was good too, but the egg white was horrible. I pulled it off and threw it out. The texture was weird and I don't know what to compare it too. Tue hash browns were under cooked. The inside was not tender like it should have been. I haven't had the donut yet, but I've had there donuts in the past and they're alright. Overall I was disappointed with this visit and I'm sure some more years will pass before I visit a Dunkin Donuts again. I give them 1 star for the croissant and sausage. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is located in a busy area of Chester. I came here because moving to a new county you have to find your way around plus I needed the caffeine for a long day and fuel for breakfast. Reading other reviews I saw that someone mentioned there was a drive thru, however that was not the case sadly. That made things move a little slower. Although when I got there they only had one other customer and two employees working I must say it kind of ran slowly to say not many customers were in there. My butter pecan latte was on point, my donut was fresh although they didn't have my first choice, and my egg and cheese bagel was pretty good. All in all it wasn't a bad experience I've been to other DD's and the service has been lousy so I am glad the service here was good! Only thing is the day I went you were suppose to get a free donut with a beverage purchase and the cashier didn't remember to give me the discount. read more

This restaurant messed up my pre paid mobile order and insisted I drive back to fix it instead of crediting me something to return at a time when it was more convenient for me. I explained to the person on staff that I could not currently return but she refused to do anything and also refused to give me a way to contact anyone above her. Very poor customer service. Jernay was so pleasant and kind. She was a breath of fresh of air she helped my mom with her order and never became frustrated or rushed her. She appeared to be the only person working and was able to greet customers, serve orders and do it all with a smile. This is a rare to find! read more

Slow workers, no one in a rush, super slow drive thru. Cashier at window makes the driver reach into the window to hand them money because he is too lazy to slightly reach his hand out to take money, same with receiving your order, you have to lift out of your seat to reach very close inside the cashier to grab your food and drink and change. I wanted Dunkin' on my trip back home for Christmas. There are none in the state of California so I always make a point to hit one when I come back east. This experience however has left a bad taste in my mouth and disappointed in my yearly fix. Service took forever because the staff was too busy taking Christmas decorations down. Not one single employee could stop to wait on my family. When we finally got someone's attention we ordered two dozen donuts to go. Upon getting home and opening the box we see that one of the donuts had a bite taken out of it. Seriously? Gross, disgusting and terrible are all words that come to mind. I wanted to get a photo of it, but my mom was too fast and tossed it. My dad took the survey on the receipt and left feedback on the experience that way. I'm leaving feedback here. I placed an order on the app for 4 dozen donuts to be picked up the next morning. When I went in to pick up the donuts, I was told that the store had not received my order. I showed my receipt on the app, but was told they could not honor it or offer me a refund in the store, and I would have to place an order at the counter and request a refund through the app. I did that. It took 2 days for customer service to respond, and they told me they needed an additional 2 days to communicate with the store. Customer service reached out 2 days later and told me they would issue a refund, but it would take 14 days to process. At that point, they had already had my money tied up for 4 days, and would be tying it up for an additional 14. I would have been without my funds for nearly 3 weeks for a product I paid for but did not receive. I asked to speak with someone else who might be able to process the refund a bit more quickly, and was hung up on. I called back and escalated the issue, and was issued a refund immediately. This was a huge hassle. I do not recommend using this store if you do not like to be tied up on the phone for long periods of time, or if you do not like not receiving products that you paid for and having your money tied up for unreasonable amounts of time. read more

I needed to buy 5 dozen for a breakfast party for my job.. the faces on the staff when I said 5 dz was priceless.. shock and awe.. on one hand happy someone was buying so much on the other hand not excited to have to make so much more to fill the empty racks back up. The guy at the register was super nice though, I enjoyed chatting with him. The 5 dz were quickly obliterated by children and they were finger lickin good as always. I was so happy when they opened this new location! Lately, however, it has gone downhill. We went through the drive thru this morning at ten A.m no lemon for the tea. That is manageable but when you get your order and the drive thru attendant has no personality and can not even say good morning that is a problem. I went in despite seeing all the rough reviews and I had absolutely no problem. Everyone was wearing a mask and gloves, they got my order quick and correct and were very polite. For the second time: I stopped in and they were supposed to be open for business and for whatever reason they were not ready or working or whatever. It was 6am 11/8/17, the lady that was working in the back "shooed" me away like a stray dog! If she would have had a stick or broom she would have batted it at me!!! Shouting as she ran me out of the store "the lights are off...the open signs off ...we are not open! We are not open!!" As she locked the door behind me! When i finally got the the menu at the drivethru i had to say hello twice when i said it the second time the manager named "rage" said goodbye and laughed. When I finally asked about my drink I got a terrible tasting Medium coffee when I ordered a Large, and was told that they "never received my order" even though they asked about my order and if my name was Rachel when I arrived. I love DD. This location is not your typical DD. The hours are not normal "northern" hours. They close at 6:00, and do not have. Drive-thru. The staff turnover is high, and they often lack proper training. The new owners are doing a great job with always having what I need. They always have my sesame bagel with cream cheese along with hot and ready coffee. My only suggestion is they have ready made (cold) decaf ice coffee. read more

This is a horrible Dunkin Donuts location.Some of the staff doesn't seem to know how to speak to a customer and they never really have the popular flavors in. There have been a number of times that I have had to tell the employees the specials that Dunkin is running through the app. Its ridiculous because your employees should be current with your promotions. When they have been running the 99c medium iced coffee from 2-6 deal,usually I will go to pick up a coffee for my mother (who is at work) and myself. I have been told that I can only get one at that deal and been charged regular price for the 2nd. I has not been stated that the limit is one per customer on the flyer in their facility. They also are inconsistent on enforcement of this policy. I have a bone to pick with Dunkin Donuts in general. The "new" DD app is more of a pain in the rear than it is beneficial. More that 5 times this month, I have been involuntarily signed out while pulling up to an location. Ill spend minutes in the car, relentlessly trying to sign back in only to be given an error telling me to try again later. I clicked reset password and it would even do that. I hate putting money on this app because there is no telling when I will actually be able to use it. Currently, I have a balance on my card and a free coupon and I cant use either because I am unable to sign in. read more

Today I waited in the drive thru for about 25 minutes only to get to the window where they told me they don't have the flavor I ordered. They offered different flavors for my macchiatto and I figured it would be complimentary due to the inconvenience but I still had to pay.
