My wife and I stopped at this Sheetz tonight and I could not believe how filthy and messy the men's bathroom was. The handicapped stall had no toilet tissue. There was garbage all over the floors. I grew up in PA near the Sheetz headquarters and know them as a cutting edge. This was a very disappointing experience. read more

Oh my goodness! All the Sheetz where I come from are very good. But not this one. They are out of some cups and what cups they do have they are out of lids. Online order promised in 15 minutes took 30. Chicken was rough and rubbery. At least the fries were good. read more

Was a long wait. And the food was not up to par. I had a toasted sandwich but it was burnt. The fries were nasty. The bacon on the fries were big over cooked mess. They were not busy. So why was the food so bad. I don't know. read more

I have no idea why when I try to use the curbside pickup I end up having to go inside and get my food. Hell why have curbside pickup if you are not going to bring it out to me? Tell me why! I'm all ears! I guess you people have something against disabled people. I don't walk that well because of my disability. That's the reason why I try to use the curbside pickup! DUH!!! This use to be a good sheetz but the past 3 months it has really gone down hill! This store was very dirty and unorganized. This is my first time visiting this location and it does not reflect every other Sheetz that I have been to. There was a packed store and 9 people in line with only one person running the register. I will pass by this store and go to any of the many others in the area. Easy location to find off the highway, GREAT food/drink options (love the food-to-order!), clean bathrooms, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and the best gas prices on the MD-VA-NC corridor we've seen. We got diesel for $3.63. At home in MD it is $4.30! Love this place! read more

Being from PA, I love Sheetz, but this one is not one I will ever return to. My family and I stopped for a quick bite and for gas on a recent road trip. The place wasn't busy at all so we placed our food order. We waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Had we not already paid, we would have left. With food in hand, we proceeded to the dining area (we already waited this long, might as well sit down). The tables and floors were dirty and needed attention. I've been a Sheetz fan since I was a young boy in the 80s, I remember paper MTO ordering, and the Sheetz own cola called "IT" (what ever happened to IT?) Anyways, that's my background, diehard fan since growing up in the Morgantown/Pittsburgh corridor. With that said, I have slowly witnessed the declining quality of their service and their food. Which is sad, because recent fans have no idea how it used to be. Recently, I grabbed quick food for family. Just 4 entrées, bill = over $30... Wait isn't the dollar the strongest it's ever been? And with cheapest oil/gas in 10+ years... So why are we still getting gouged here? I guess it's accovtabke to raise prices due to cost of high oil, but the opposite isn't true? Anyways, after the sticker shock, brought food home (which is only 2 minutes away) and all the food was severely under cooked. I don't mean like "warm" I mean cold. This is the last time I spend money here other than gas and fountain drinks. Sad day for yins!!!! read more
