My brother got us some smoothies from Wawa to try in the Richmond, VA area. I must say I was highly impressed with the size, taste, and affordability. I think we both got the 24oz sized fruit smoothies. As I may recall, mine was the berries smoothie with added immune booster + yogurt + whipped cream. My brother got the strawberry banana one with 2 boosts of immune (memory still fuzzy on the exact names). Unfortunately, I did not get any food from there because we already ate & going to Wawa was quite the random move. I will be sure to do so next time. I hear that the sandwiches are delightful, so I will be sure to ask people who go on the regular what they recommend for a first timer. I may add an update to this review once I finally get food from Wawa.

I was speaking with a friend the other day and she said they have the best sandwiches. I haven't written a review before because I didn't even think of it. It is not a restaurant. But that said I realized I need to review and let others know. I had the Italian sub. But since they make it up fresh for you My spouse asked for cucumbers on it. I don't like pickles on my sandwich but surprisingly loved the cucumbers. He was impressed with his roast beef sandwich. It was delicious. And they put in a lot of roast beef.

I like the layout of the store and it has a million snack choices. My drink order was decent and my party was satisfied with their sandwiches. Did not use the restroom so unsure of that rating What I liked? A person in my party wanted to order a breakfast sandwich past the cut off time. A Wawa attendant walked her to the order screen and operated it while asking questions about what they wanted so that they could build something similar. That type of patience is rare - was nice to witness. Visited again for flight snacks that are difficult to find in the airport.

And, the sausage biscuit was flat and fell apart with no taste. Also, they have 10 full coffee canisters and they were ice cold... What on earth has happened to WAWA. I ran into a toilet paper outage in the handicapped women's stall in Gainesville, VA last week.

I walked around this establishment to kill time, but finally decided on a grilled cheese and a chicken wrap. The chicken was on point, but the sauce, I want to say chipotle ranch, did not complement the chicken well. That's not a shot at Sheets. That was just bad decision making by me. The grilled Cheese was worth the wait! I was a little surprised there was only one homeless man outside, considering the quality of the grilled cheese.
