It is the only location I have ever had a problem depositing money without an ID. Every other location doesn't require this, but for some reason this one does. I called customer service after leaving and they confirmed with me that it is not required, but preferred. Upon telling the manager that she told me that the information I got from customer service was incorrect. So I can't put in $50 without an ID, but I can withdraw $50 without an ID. That is the most backwards thing I have ever heard of. On top of them quote "following the rules" they are also extremely rude. I will never go to this location ever again and I'm actually closing all of my accounts. Thanks for nothing Virginia credit union!

Besides that, every time we would go they try to UP SALE us on unnecessary repairs! Upon arriving to pick up my car they told me my Honda Care had expired and failed to tell me before servicing the car so what I expected to be FREE was $133.40!!! They should have called us prior to doing work and notified us at our March visit that our Honda Care was about to expire. All this place cares about is BLEEDING their customers dry of money!! They will not get any more of our business!

The staff isn't the friendliest & it usually has a weird smell. When you walk out, you will be smelling like the store. I recommend it for a quick gas stop, but that's about it.

Male answered the phone, told me he could take care of us in 35 minutes. We arrived, the place was closed, on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. I called him 3x and no answer, kept going to voicemail after ringing several times. Come on man, if something changed, I get it, all I ask is for you to have called us and let us know or at the very least to pick up the phone and let me know so i didn't just leave me there waiting. I had my wife and kids in the car, on a road trip to NY from South Carolina after Hurricane Helene.
