She shared with me that she truly listens to her customers and is willing to custom make anything. Everything in the case is customizable you want a slice of cheesecake but want to add some strawberry crumble? I ended up grabbing a slice of strawberry crunch cake and strawberry cream pie (customized with some strawberry crumble on top). Both items were absolutely delicious but that cake was out of this world. It was moist with a perfect frosting ratio. Some cakes often have a large amount of frosting due to aesthetics and can be hard to enjoy due to being overpoweringly sweet. This cake was so good with its ratio I had the perfect bite each time. River City Chocolate is the true embodiment of a hidden gem, tucked away between some industrial looking buildings lies an amazing bakery with so much heart.
