As for the store: It's a convenience store, so what more can you say? Normally the store, floors, and counters are clean. As for the restrooms, they see a lot of visitors, and again it isn't bad. Now I've seen it a bit gamey a few times. But that's clearly due to the amount of traffic and how nasty some customers can be. As for the gas pumps: I've rarely seen a pump not working. I've also seen that normally you could get a receipt printed and let's face it that says a lot. I would like to see the pumps cleaned up more. Again some customers are jerks and put stickers or leave trash on the pumps. Normally this is noticed in my evening stops. But I have seen staff policing the areas in the morning and keeping the trash cans empty. As for our latest visit: This was a gas-only stop and someone definitely messed up. As chose this station due to them selling gas for .20 less than the other 3 choices. As I was pumping gas I noticed that the price I was being charged was NOT the price on the electronic billboard. It was a .16-cent difference. Apparently someone changed the pump prices but failed to change the electronic billboard. Now it's my understanding this a violation of state regulation. I guess I wouldn't be overly judgy if this was for only a few minutes, but I passed the location approximately 35 minutes later and the billboard was not changed. Of course I could have gone into the store and found a manager but time is money and honestly, I shouldn't have to. I do hope this was an honest mistake and not a bait-and-switch thing. His favorite item here is the Slurpee If it's a weekend usually the food is on sale on Sunday's. What was new this last time was the service instead of having a clerk attend to us they now have self checkout kiosk available which wasn't bad but definitely shocking because we don't have these back at home to my knowledge. We didn't get any food this time nevertheless I did spot some snacks that I hadn't seen before and I thought was funny the pickleballs. And as far as the ambience always well lit always tidy one of our favorite locations. Have fun and enjoy life. :)

Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the cashier, "Welcome to 7-11." They definitely don't say that in the 757, so I was caught off guard. Almost made me feel like I was at Chick-fil-a because I genuinely felt welcomed. The store was extremely clean and organized. It was connected to a restaurant, but I didn't check them out. I only went inside to pay for my gas. It was quick and easy, and I was able to get right back on route 460 heading back to the 757 in a jiffy. I highly recommend this 7-11. I will check out the restaurant next time.

How disrespectful of them the leave almost EVERY stall (all but one)...with dirty tissue on the toilet, filthy tissue on the floor, and in each one?!?! Some women are just...eww. Well, I couldn't use it and I asked Ms. Felicia for assistance (as my bladder was about to pop!). She took care of me and escorted me to a restroom that was clean! In addition, there were a few things out at the beverage station and she assisted with that as well. It great to know that good customer service still exist. That there are those who really enjoy not only assisting customers but making sure to address and resolve their need. Thank you Felicia for all you do for all of us!! You are truly appreciated. The snack variety was a little scarce for what I was looking for (Lays BBQ chips). They didn't have any. The adjoining Wendy's wasn't open either which upset the kids because they really wanted it. Other than that, it was an ok trip. We will definitely come back if I'm need of gas/snacks in the future.

I have been driving to and from Chesapeake weekly now and this place is right along the way and I…read moream very thankful for that. The bathrooms are always super clean and well-stocked, which is generally the main reason why I have to stop here... But, they have so many other cool things too! If you need a phone charger, cute souvenir, nasal spray, whatever, they seem to have it all. They also have a great selection of candy including their brand of probably the best peach rings I have ever had. The watermelon, pineapple and apple were a huge hit too, if you are into gummy candy (which I am.) There are a bunch of flavors of tiny donuts packs, Mexican pastries, beef jerky and all kinds of amazing road trip food. The drink cooler is huge (berry fanta? What?!?!?) and the make your own coffee station is pretty awesome. I wasn't feeling the greatest and could even make myself a chai hot tea! At a truck stop gas station! The gas is also cheaper than a lot of the places near my home, by generally at least $.20/gallon.
