Today I waited in the drive thru for about 25 minutes only to get to the window where they told me they don't have the flavor I ordered. They offered different flavors for my macchiatto and I figured it would be complimentary due to the inconvenience but I still had to pay. I then proceeded to work, now late, where I realized I was given the entire wrong drink in general. This is my second bad experience there. This store is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. It is dirty with a small selection of donuts that are rarely ever taste fresh. Unfortunately, it is the only local DD where you can get the DD coffee which is usually good. I have been in here numerous times, just to get a coffee and I tried the donuts more than once and they just are not good. There is a constant change of young cashiers who have trouble making the various drinks DD offers and they constantly have to call the lady manager to help them. The lady manager is there a lot and I watched her eat at one of the small tables, leave a mess of grease and crumbs when she got up, lick her fingers and go behind the counter to grab a cup and make herself a drink, without washing her hands. She didn't wipe the mess off the table, either. I wish I could just pour the coffee myself and not have any of them touch my cup. I watch the cashiers and lady manager not use gloves, just those plastic papers to grab the donuts for customers, right after handling money and touching the register. No hand washing observed, ever. I wonder if there are any complaints with the Health Department. I bet the Dunkin Donuts Corporate Headquarters would be appalled at the way this location is representing their brand. read more

Went out of my way to get Dunkin Donuts as a special treat for my staff but there was nothing special about those donuts. First, this is a donut shop, where are the donuts? There was maybe 12 different donuts to choose from and some of them were off limits when getting a dozen. This was the first time I ever had a problem coming up with 12 donuts. Second, the donuts were horrible!!!!! Very dry. Barely any filling. Tasted like 2 day old donuts. Won't ever go back to this or any other Dunkin Donuts. read more

stopped here while traveling for a snack and restroom break, signed up for yelp afterward just to be able to review this place--this location should be shut down by the sanitation dept. the entire place was filthy--the floors, the counters, the tabletops, the restroom, everything. looked like they hadn't cleaned the floors or surfaces for a week or more. we walked out without purchasing anything, I couldn't fathom eating anything that was made here, too disgusting to even think about. even my 8 year old son said he didn't want a donut, that "everything looks so dirty." read more

So sorry for the bad experiences of others but mine has been nothing less than pleasant. I try to make it a ritual to have a bagel and cream cheese with my 9 year old daughter. So little time, I love the small things I do with her, I have to take advantage of it. The parking is small, the store is small, the crew is small, and I wouldn't change it at all. Smack dab on a busy road with a home style feel. I always grab a dozen on Saturday for sleep overs and such. This particular day, that would be today. I bought 2 dozen for my daughter's school. Picture a kid picking donuts for her class and the line behind me. The lady was very nice, loved her tattoos by the way and some one behind me paid for my bagels the second time thru the line and also said, "thank you for your service" How cool was that so proud to be a UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Soldier. Thanks Mark! Before the rush is good but usually after 14:00 when things calm down there's hardly anything much. I can understand wasting donuts if no one comes in. WHAT WOULD HOMER SIMPSON SAY? There is WAAAY too much sugar in the coffee. If you step in this place, always ask for your coffee with light sugar.

I called to place a large order for a future date and was told to go elsewhere because they're "too busy," I asked to speak to a manager, and was told he's never around. It's absurd to think they wouldn't want to grow their business by allowing customers to place large orders in advance. I told the girl we'd be stopping by in the morning anyways as a walk in order and the girl replies "good luck." WOW!! read more

While at work, I typically visit the Dunkin Donuts in Hopewell, VA (which is awesome). However, I have been completing a course for work in Chester, VA, therefore is the reasoning to visit this location. I like the staff, as there is one girl in particular who always remembers my last drink order. However, their expresso/cappucino/latte machine has been broken for 7 days (as far as I know, could be even longer), therefore you can only get regular iced or hot coffee? You would think that they would be prompt to fix the machine, since coffee is one of the most important commodities at Dunkin. When asking an employee when the machine will be fixed, he replies.. " I don't know, I just work here." Needless to say I'll be using Starbucks the rest of the week read more

Sunday, 9:06 am. Employee half in half out of the door turning people away. I'm an early bird, up and out by 5 am. The store hours posted are 5 on weekdays and 6 on weekends. 6 months ago if you showed up at 5 it wasn't open, then a little later on you could show up at 6 and it was a crap shoot. They should really change the store hours to "Whenever". I wish I were twenty years younger and could show up at noon, then again, wait another 6 months and even a noon opening might be iffy. I love Dunkin donuts coffee, but what's the point if you can't open on time? read more
