This is the location I go to the most often. Friendly workers and great service. Ordered a glaze donut , iced coffee, and energizer. I appreciated the employee taking my order. 8/7/20: We went through the drive thru because I had a craving for donuts. Usually I only come here for Baskin Robins. Our order was taken immediately by a grumpy sounding guy who didn't appear to like his job. He was short & rambled the munchkin flavors like he was in a race with someone. I settled on 2 flavors & made my way to the window. We paid him & went on our way. The munchkins were fresh at least, so I am giving them 4 stars. That young man needs some customer service training or either quit if he's unhappy. I already shouldn't be eating those carbs. The least he could do is make me feel good about it. Lol. read more

I went on Veterans Day and a middle aged, tall, black guy w dread locks refused to give me a donut without showing my ID. I told him the website said no ID required but he still insisted that I had to show him my ID. I told him I lost it but showed him my certificate of discharge from active duty and he still questioned me and called me weird for wanting a $2 donut for free on Veterans Day. No class. Probably just mad he gets paid $12 an hour at his big age. I don't make the rules and the website said no ID required. Idc what your manager said. It's National Ice Cream Day....so why not indulge?!?! After a 6 minute wait while 2 employees discuss 15 or 30 minute breaks. The one wiping down the work area finally turns around to ask if she can help me. I state my order and ASSume she was gonna change the glove (she was handling some cleaning spray). The employee taking the order over the drive thru was extremely rude and had an attitude problem. I requested a sandwich with no cheese and received cheese. I asked for a chocolate donut with sprinkles, and no sprinkles or did not inform me that there were no donuts with sprinkles. The secondary sandwich was burnt and I had to request my receipt. Throughout the process the employee acted as if I were an annoyance and that any request I made was the end of the world for her. I am extremely upset because this is the second time this occurs but I let the first instance pass. Now I am just tired that employees lack simple and basic customer service, she should be mowing lawns if she would rather not deal with customers every five or so minutes. It's a standard Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins. You get what you know you're going to get. Lots of folks stopping in for coffee. I was grabbing donut holes for an event I was hosting. This DD is utterly and complete trash. I'm from Georgia and I frequent DD every morning. Well this was my 3rd visit to this location since being here. Well this morning as usual I ask for 1 pack of grape jelly the girl at the window says its 60 cents. I was like excuse me. So first me to get jelly for my croissant I have to pay 60 cents she says yes. So I say is the jelly used for something else. Went to this location today in Hopewll Va. To order the 2 for 5.00 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches advertised on t.v. I ask the lady taking the order to leave the cheese off one of the sandwiches and was told you have to accept the sandwiches as they are advertised and I said you just can't leave it off this is ridiculous, she said you have to take it off yourself. Explain to me how you take melted cheese off a sandwich? Called cooperate and talked to them they couldn't understand this either but ducal donuts franchises and got in touch with the owner to be told about how it's put into the register and trying to customize sandwiches between the register and the sandwich maker would be too difficult. Guess you can't yell within 10 feet to keep cheese off sandwich. What about lactose intolerant people?Guess this Duncan donuts doesn't care. Both times that I have been here and bought a dozen donuts the box just folds up and they end up on the floor board of my car. They have a smaller box but it is the same. If they are not going to change to a stronger box then they should tape it down on all three sides. read more

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. I finally gave up and went inside and the entire staff was on break. When I asked for service the lady behind the counter actually said, I quote "what do you want?" The remaining employees were laughing and playing around in the back.
