This is the location I go to the most often. Friendly workers and great service. Ordered a glaze donut , iced coffee, and energizer. I appreciated the employee taking my order. I had a somewhat complicated order and she was patient and had great hospitality. Chill vibe at this location which is why I always go. Tip: if you download the app and create an account - you'll receive a promotion for a free medium drink with a purchase. read more

8/7/20: We went through the drive thru because I had a craving for donuts. Usually I only come here for Baskin Robins. Our order was taken immediately by a grumpy sounding guy who didn't appear to like his job. He was short & rambled the munchkin flavors like he was in a race with someone. I settled on 2 flavors & made my way to the window. We paid him & went on our way. The munchkins were fresh at least, so I am giving them 4 stars. That young man needs some customer service training or either quit if he's unhappy. I already shouldn't be eating those carbs. The least he could do is make me feel good about it. Lol. read more

It's National Ice Cream Day....so why not indulge?!?! After a 6 minute wait while 2 employees discuss 15 or 30 minute breaks. The one wiping down the work area finally turns around to ask if she can help me. I state my order and ASSume she was gonna change the glove (she was handling some cleaning spray). I asked if she was gonna change her gloves. "I can!" with an attitude. Seated customers gasped and weren't shocked when I politely exited. I'm headed across the parking lot to DQ. #DoBetter read more

Dunkin' - Never again! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hopewell, Virginia

I went on Veterans Day and a middle aged, tall, black guy w dread locks refused to give me a donut without showing my ID. I told him the website said no ID required but he still insisted that I had to show him my ID. I told him I lost it but showed him my certificate of discharge from active duty and he still questioned me and called me weird for wanting a $2 donut for free on Veterans Day. No class. Probably just mad he gets paid $12 an hour at his big age. I don't make the rules and the website said no ID required. Idc what your manager said. The website for the brand Dunkin Donuts said what it said. That guy and the others that were backing him up need help. $2 donuts don't come directly out of your $700 pay check, weirdo. read more

11:48, 13 Mar 24: Ordered on app for a pick up from the drive-through. When we pulled up, there was only one vehicle in front of us. They received their order, and then the cashier and customer continued a conversation for almost 5 minutes! We just sat there being ignored. I recorded the last 2-3 minutes of just sitting there waiting to pick up my order, which was already paid for. read more

I've only been here a couple of times and it's okay. Takes a little while to get your coffee and donuts but at least you eventually get them. Typical Dunkin read more

I stop here regularly to grab my family breakfast in my morning commutes and the donuts here are not as fresh as other Dunkin locations. I believe they serve donuts that were made the previous day/evening. I ordered Boston cream filled. read more

I have come here a few times and only one time have I had normal frosting on my donuts. I was craving the strawberry frosted donut and it had a splash of frosting. I was highly disappointed since I didn't realize this until I was home and opened the box. (I went through the drive thru.) read more

Dunkin' - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hopewell, Virginia

The employee taking the order over the drive thru was extremely rude and had an attitude problem. I requested a sandwich with no cheese and received cheese. I asked for a chocolate donut with sprinkles, and no sprinkles or did not inform me that there were no donuts with sprinkles. The secondary sandwich was burnt and I had to request my receipt. Throughout the process the employee acted as if I were an annoyance and that any request I made was the end of the world for her. I am extremely upset because this is the second time this occurs but I let the first instance pass. Now I am just tired that employees lack simple and basic customer service, she should be mowing lawns if she would rather not deal with customers every five or so minutes. Please keep the free donut from the survey because I will not be going back there again. read more

It's a standard Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins. You get what you know you're going to get. Lots of folks stopping in for coffee. I was grabbing donut holes for an event I was hosting. Long lines don't seem to take very long to go through, so they know what they're doing. They also have a drive through if you know what you want. read more

Love Dunkin! The managers and crew members were terrific and fast! It's my favorite spot to go every morning!!!

This DD is utterly and complete trash. I'm from Georgia and I frequent DD every morning. Well this was my 3rd visit to this location since being here. Well this morning as usual I ask for 1 pack of grape jelly the girl at the window says its 60 cents. I was like excuse me. So first me to get jelly for my croissant I have to pay 60 cents she says yes. So I say is the jelly used for something else. She says I have to charge you 60 cents if you want jelly....this is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. And she was rude. The lines are long and my sandwich was wrong when I got to work. read more

Service so poor that it was almost comical. Sat at the drive through for a while, no response through the speaker so we pulled around. Woman asked if she could help us and we explained that we never got a response at the order screen. She was very rude stating that our pickup was too heavy to register on the scale. That's right.. no typo. Too... Heavy? She closed the window and made our coffee with a ridiculous attitude. I ended up chucking the coffee in the trash when I got to work because it was disgusting and she handed it over without the lid on tight. A mess I'm wasn't willing to deal with... read more

Great quick service! Stopped by for coffee and the staff was super friendly. Will be coming more often when in the area.

This DDs is terrible. Breakfast sandwich was disgusting. And the advertised "smoothie" at the conjoined baskin robins was a waaayyyyy too sweet milkshake. And how do you run out of donuts!?! Yeah, this place sucks. read more

I bought a half dozen donuts - 3 glazed and 3 bavarian cream. I barely choked down a glazed donut because it was dry as all get out. Terrible. It tasted stale and the glaze was cracked like it was old. I wish we had a Krispy Kreme instead. read more

Service was fast and professional but latte was sadly lacking. My breakfast sandwich was limp.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to and I love Dunkin Donuts! The associates aren't attentive to customers, they got my order wrong and then laughed about it. There were several associates out back smoking and joking not a professional establishment at all. I will not be returning to this location. I've never seen such a lack of pride in the service of customers. read more

Went to this location today in Hopewll Va. To order the 2 for 5.00 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches advertised on t.v. I ask the lady taking the order to leave the cheese off one of the sandwiches and was told you have to accept the sandwiches as they are advertised and I said you just can't leave it off this is ridiculous, she said you have to take it off yourself. Explain to me how you take melted cheese off a sandwich? Called cooperate and talked to them they couldn't understand this either but ducal donuts franchises and got in touch with the owner to be told about how it's put into the register and trying to customize sandwiches between the register and the sandwich maker would be too difficult. Guess you can't yell within 10 feet to keep cheese off sandwich. What about lactose intolerant people?Guess this Duncan donuts doesn't care. Going back to wawa and burger King where it's not a problem! read more

Favorite ice cream! Can't get enough of DD coffee either. Only wish I could get dark roast in larger bag.

I'm a teacher and go here at least twice a week in the morning to get some caffeine to wake-up. The staff is always super friendly and nice, and I've never had a complaint about any of my drinks. They are also very fast! read more

Well, the coffee was ok... the donuts were average but the sausage, egg and cheese croissant was the worst I have ever had! It was awful!!! The tater tots were also very cold. If you live in the area then you are stuck with what you got but I would just stick to the donuts and coffee. read more

We ordered 2 iced coffees & a coolata at the drive-thru...you would've thought we had asked for food & drink for 15. Confusion on the part of the woman who took our order was the 1st strike...it really wasn't that tough & we do speak english. She disappeared from the speaker & another woman came on after a couple minutes of silence...we repeated the order. For some reason, they couldn't grasp the medium iced caramel turtle with extra milk & sugar. Finally got the order and that particular drink was turned into a smoothie of sorts with mucho whipped cream on top. Even though it was wrong, we ventured on...the stop cost us more time than we had wanted. read more

Fresh Dunkin Donuts are delicious. I have quickly become a fan. I have quickly become a fan. I have tried the glazed, chocolate, old fashioned, maple cake, and pink sprinkled. Run of the mill Dunkin/Baskin right outside Ft. Lee. It's nice for a quick trip through the drive through to get that morning coffee but I will warn that it is outside Sisisky Gate which is always backed up during the busy hours. read more

Average place, small and busy in the mornings. Go early so the donuts aren't stale. The coffee is pretty good but not consistent with adding cream and sugar, depends on who makes it. The chicken salad croissant is good but I asked for it toasted and the girl just heated it up, as in microwaved it. I wish the donuts were like the good old days, when Dunkin Donuts was in it's prime. Update: went to get a iced Mocha and it was not good at all. As usual, the coffee drinks are inconsistently made. I took a star away because of this. I like the coffee but when it comes to the specialty coffee drinks, they need to get it together. read more

Service was TERRIBLE. No hospitality, no greeting as we came through the door, they barely spoke loud enough for me to hear them and they didn't even listen to my order. The food was cold( the hash browns were almost frozen), the coffee was cold. The drive thru did not work and the young lady at the drive thru window was rude. Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I sat in the drive through for over 10 minutes. I finally gave up and went inside and the entire staff was on break. When I asked for service the lady behind the counter actually said, I quote "what do you want?" The remaining employees were laughing and playing around in the back. They were so loud and acting very unprofessional that many of the customers left without ordering. I do not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts. read more

The worker had on gloves, but she adjusted her headset in the middle of grabbing my dozen donuts. That is disgusting because I don't know where that headset has been. And, your attitude didn't help either. I should've gotten your name, but would that really have made a difference? read more

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this one sucks! They have very rude employees and every single time I go, they get my order incorrect.

The interior to this DD is tiny with the customer's backs right up against the check out line. Kind of crowded and loud even if there aren't many people. They only had cake donuts when I went, not what I wanted but they were ok. Parking lot is kind of awkward. Skip going inside and just use the drive through. read more

I stop by this Dunkin Donuts everyday for my morning coffee. I am usually satisfied with the service, but here lately one of the staff members has been very rude. The older lady that works the drive thru in the morning time rushes my order and has a attitude when you ask her to repeat herself. I don't usually write reviews, but feel like it's necessary when a loyal customer isn't treated well. read more
