She had a nasty attitude, seemed irritated while I was trying to place my order, and kept rushing me as if taking my order was an inconvenience. When I got to the window, the experience didn't get any better. I explained to the young man how I wanted my coffee, and when I asked for a couple more pumps/squares of syrup, he looked at me with an attitude and immediately shut the window. The young lady eventually opened the window and handed me my order. At that point, I chose not to say thank you because of the way I had been treated throughout the entire interaction. Everyone has bad mornings, but if you work in customer service, you still have a responsibility to treat customers with basic respect. Nobody should have to deal with an attitude first thing in the morning simply because they are trying to order their food and coffee. I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses the way customers are being treated because the level of unprofessionalism I experienced today was completely unacceptable
