Today was my first time trying breakfast from Wendy's and I'm glad I opted for this location. The staff was friendly, very efficient and the food was piping hot. I had a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit with roasted breakfast potatoes. There was a generous amount of REAL bacon on the sandwich and the egg was also real - not that weird powdery stuff you get at some places. It kinda felt like a biscuit I'd make at home, which is always the best, right? The parking lot, drive through windows and sidewalks were all very clean. If this location didn't meet your expectations before, maybe give 'em another try. They had it going on today! read more

This must be a joke. I ordered a baked potato and what I got was completely smothered in chives to the point it was inedible. No butter, no sour cream, nothing to balance it out--just a dry potato buried under a mountain of chives. This Wendy's Service was not good on the day I went which was yesterday. I have been here before it wasn't that bad. I think it depends on who is working. The cashier's attitude was poor. I asked for my mom's and my soda and tea to be gotten from the back because I always have a problem with the do it yourself machine. She gave an attitude about that. They don't provide dine in trays. The ambience left much to be desired. I would not use the restrooms because they were dirty and the trash was overflowing. I mentioned this to a server and he didn't seem very concerned. Went to Wendy's today as its been awhile since I ate from here. I didn't go through the drive through, so I can't speak about the experience like the others. I went inside to order my food and dine in. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwhich and the Taco Salad in small. For a small they gave a lot and for a fast food it tasted good. When I came today the service was quick, but I did see a long line at the drive thru. The service was nice as the employees were kind and weren't reluctant to be there. I'd recommend for eating in, not sure about drive-through. In the end, it's a Wendy's. read more

Came for my first Wendy's breakfast experience today. Upon pulling up to the clean parking lot and building i headed to the drive thru with my mate. Neither of us knew what we wanted and asked the extremely nice person at the window for a minute. The hot honey chicken sandwich was delicious, the drive through service was atrocious! It took north of 10 minutes to get my order taken while sitting by the order taking communications pole. Thought there might only one person working, but it actually looked like 4, with no in store ordering taking place. This place is rough all around. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to order within. (Line due to slow order turnaround imo) There was a slight line inside also and it was moving slow. Placed my order with the less than enthusiastic employee and went to get my drink. The machine was filthy and covered with splashed syrup. I went and grabbed a set to wait and glanced over to the condiment station and it was covered in trash and ketchup. There was garbage all over the floors too. I got called to get my order and I realized I forgot to order something so I put my food down and got back in line to order again. This time I was ignored. OMG! I couldn't get the app to work on my phone after two tries with two different credit cards. Finally I ordered online with my Laptop. When I pull up to the drive through they told me "we're not like other restaurants, when you order online you still have to go through drive through. We haven't even started to cook your order till you get here." Say what?!! I explained I ordered online and paid and she repeated what she said. Are you KIDDING ME! I came in the drive thru the other day and I would just like to say the customer service was amazing! The line took a bit long, but the lady in the drive thru was extremely nice and efficient. Never had a problem with this Wendy's my mom always took me here to eat the chicken nuggets, when I got a little older I got the salads and the baked potatoes and the chilli. The food is always prepared like it should be and it's always tasty. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The bathrooms since the 90s have always been the same way they are til this day smelly and dirty, I wouldn't take my kids to use them. They food is okay fast food. The run of the mill fare you'll find at Wendy's. The problem with this one seems to be consistent: customer service. They frequently get orders wrong and the wait times are far too long. We keep giving this one a chance because once in a while, they don't completely screw up. However, there has never been a time since 2012, when we moved here, that we have gone to this Wendy's and our order was right, fresh, hot, or we simply got decent service. There was a lady there with braids and glasses who says at the drive thru "Hold On" and then, "What are you ordering?" Then she proceeds to jack up my order and and rolls her eyes when I pull up to the window and still hands me the incorrect order of nuggets when I specifically said barbecue chicken sandwhich.....I told her of this and then she states, "Well, I only charged you for the nuggets." Then closes the window and forgets to give me back my card! There is no retraining for this. She needs to be terminated immediately! Just don't go here!! I visited here on this past Saturday after running errands, I decided to stop and get lunch. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, so I decided to go inside. BIG MISTAKE!! I ordered my food at 12:06 pm and I did not get my food until 12:36 pm. A whole 30 minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich combo with hot fries no salt, not good and my food was cold. The Manager (a tall guy with glasses) was helping the drive thru but what got me is that the front line was full of customers waiting for their orders including myself, and instead of him helping the cashier push the orders out, he went outside. It upset me to the point where I called the store manager to complain. Also what made me angry was that the cashier never once sanitized her hands in between handling money and touching the fries and other food items so I said something about that. I just tried going through the drive-thru here after a long day of work about 45 minutes ago.The store hours say they are open until 1AM. I sat forever at the speaker waiting to place my order and got no response. I then pulled up to the window where you typically pick up your food and what looked like the manager mouth "we are closed". She didn't even bother to come to the window and speak to me. Had she explained WHY they had closed almost 2 hours before they were scheduled to I would have driven off understanding. I know better than anyone how hard it is to motivate employees who are being paid minimum wage or just above for a thankless job but this is just ridiculous. I won't be returning to a Wendy's anytime soon. I can handle mistakes at a fast food place or unfriendly staff but what just happened makes no sense. I've have never been to Wendy's here at this location. First of all the drive-through line wait was horrendous. Second of all when I got to the ordering menu the lady asked me to wait. No hello thank you for choosing Wendy's or anything. Then when I started ordering she kept getting my order wrong. Then once I was finished she give me my total and that was it. The wait to get my food was also horrendous. With two hungry babies in the backseat of my truck I had to wait. I chose fast food because it is fast food. Once I got to the window I was not greeted or any. The lady gave me my total and went and got my change. She gave me my change without a receipt. Wild I reached into my wallet to put away my change she was waiting for me to turn around to get my filthy drink. And by filthy I mean if I held at my house would be covered and Dr Pepper. I grabbed it knowing that my hands of becoming a Dr Pepper and I asked for a napkin. Seemed very frustrated with me because I asked for a napkin. She just put it in my bag and give me a bag. Then she closed her dresser window and waited for the next car. No thank you for choosing Wendy's have a nice day hope you enjoy your food nothing. This the most lousiest drive-through experience that I've ever had.
