    Blue Moon Burger
    Christina Z.

Stopped by for both breakfast and lunch - both were good but I think breakfast is the better of the two meals here. I recommend stopping by early to avoid the lines. For breakfast, I had the Denver omelet which comes with toast and potatoes but I upgraded to a fruit bowl which made the meal lighter. The omelet was filling and had big chunks of ham. My husband had the corned beef hash which was homemade corned beef chunks and served with poached eggs. For lunch, I had the halibut fish and chips - the fish didn't dry out despite the thicker batter (wish it was a little less breaded) and the portion was huge; I honestly could have shared it with my husband. My husband had the blue moon burger which he thought was pretty good and a big potion as well.

Ambiance and staff great ocean views outside seating all day menus for breakfast and lunch. My toasted bagel was never toasted and tip ask for cream cheese on side.

Local favorite cafe- recommended by a family member for their Monkey Do pancakes. Cute cafe with ocean view, very quaint yet clean. The staff was very friendly . We had a large party and they informed us that we would be seated when all had arrived. We arrived just before opening , we heard it gets crowded. Parking was easy next to the restaurant. We were seated outside. Our orders were taken quickly and food came out hot and in a timely manner. The highlight was the Monkey Do pancakes, although the egg dishes were good. The corned beef was average as well as my breakfast burrito. The honey lavender latte was very good although a little sweet. Overall, I would recommend as the food was good, staff was friendly and efficient and the view was beautiful.

Chorizo Scramble with toast and blueberry jam. And Pepper Plant hot sauce! Ask for it.

Outstanding. A lovely view from the patio to the ocean at Cannery Row. Great outdoor seating with heaters. Thoughtful service and a wide breakfast menu with Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, a breakfast burrito, and a Chorizo Scramble, which I went for. I loved it. A great spiced egg, black bean, and chorizo base topped with the exact right amount of sour cream, pico de gallo, and sour cream. The Wave Street Potatoes were great. And! And! A selection of hot sauces including my favorite hard-to-find Pepper Plant sauce. The blueberry jam on toast was also a good choice. The atmosphere alone is worth the trip, but the food is stellar.

I am glad I used Yelp to find this place that is not located directly on the main street. Most of the places I saw located on Cannery Row had low customer ratings. It is a small place and might be a bit hard to locate, but definitely worth the search and possible wait. We had a nice table outside. Service was good and food was great. Prices seemed about right.

The food here is amazing! The outdoor seating is so beautiful as well. The service was on point. I got the Brooklyn Benedict and it was creamy, salmon was fresh and the runny yoke tied everything together. Great local gem!

We waited for 45 minutes to get seated. We ordered crab cake Benedict and the monkey do cakes. We thought the crab cakes were well made as well as the potatoes. The monkey do was a bit of a disappointment because the sauce was too sweet and made the pancake soggy. Over all had an okay experience.

    Chilaquiles

Worth the very long wait and deserving of all their stars. The food was delicious and hot. We ordered a bacon avocado omelette, cutie cakes combo w/ chocolate chips that was a big hit especially their scrambled eggs, and I loved my chilaquiles with chorizo no eggs! To top it off an ocean view while you eat

Breakfast Burrito , eggs and chorizo. Comes with side of potatoes

Great breakfast and music. Not too far of a walk from our hotel and we're seated quickly. Food took a while to come out. We ordered the chilaquiles and the breakfast burrito , one coffee drink. Total was $56 The chilaquiles were very good 5/5 !! I wish I would had ordered that instead. I got the breakfast burrito. I asked for no black beans or onions and chorizo added. It was okay 3/5. With the sour cream and salsa it had more flavor! Nice view of the beach and great music.

Delicious food that was thankfully worth the wait. There was about a 45 minute wait to be sat and then another 30ish minutes minutes before we got our food. Customer service was good, only complaint was the wait.

    Crispy Artichoke Hearts
    Angela L.

This popular brunch convenient located in the heart of Monterey bay, 10 Min's working distance to aquarium, as well as with great views overlooking the ocean. Its waiting system is perfectly managed, with phone number wrote down for you to check out the nearby stuff. And staff will call you within 5-10 to be seated. The dish - crab cake was pretty good, all that I wanted, fresh, not too much extra additives. Even some greens on the side of the plate. Artichoke hearts- not a big fan, as it's too much oil, and not that kind of deep fry that you see in a tempura. I can barely taste the artichoke except for the oily skin. Tuna melt - pretty decent. The vibe is nice, staff is friendly.

Halibut fish n chips weren't very

Neat location with views of the ocean. Food was good but could have been better. The halibut fish and chips weren't very crispy and was a little tough. Everything else was good.

Take out Vegetarian panini is delicious and full of veggies. The bread was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is always busy and I'd love go back and sit outside on the patio. It was clean and inviting. Pick up was easy and friendly.

Overall, the burgers and salad were satisfying, and the restaurant had a great casual burger-joint vibe. Starting with the Works Burger, which was the highlight of the meal. The patty was juicy and well-seasoned, and the combination of avocado, bacon, and sauce added a lot of flavor. Everything worked well together and made the burger feel indulgent. That said, it could have used more mushrooms, and it leaned a bit too heavy on the sauce. The bun was also a little soft, if it had been toasted or slightly charred, it would have held up better to the sauce and added a nice texture and flavor contrast. Next was the Copeland Mushroom Burger. This one had a juicy patty topped with mushrooms and grilled onions. The amount of mushrooms was good, and the cheese paired really nicely with the toppings. The grilled onions were a nice touch and didn't overpower the burger at all. While it was solid and enjoyable, it didn't feel particularly unique, more like a burger you could recreate at home. Similar to the Works Burger, it was a bit too saucy and could have benefited from a toasted or charred bun for more structure and flavor. The Grilled Chicken Salad was excellent. It came with generous portions of grilled chicken and bacon, plus half an avocado. Everything tasted fresh, and it felt like a healthy, well-balanced option. No complaints here, definitely a great choice if you're looking for a lighter dish. Service was fast and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was nice. It definitely has that classic burger-joint feel. Overall, a solid spot with good food and a good vibe.

The sesame seed bun was soft, produce was fresh, cheese perfectly melted, and the patty was well-seasoned and decently juicy. That said, it needed more sauce and overall juiciness to really push it over the top. A little extra flavor punch would've made a big difference. The Elvis Burger (7.5/10) was similar: solid but not exceptional. It lacked the seasoning and moisture I was hoping for, and once again, more sauce would have helped bring everything together. Nothing bad, just left me wanting a bit more oomph. Now the good stuff, service and ambiance were excellent. Our server was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the whole experience better. The vibe of the place is awesome: retro '80s burger joint feel with fun music, books, games, and lots of greenery (major shoutout to the plants). It's a cool hangout spot with character.Only downside our table was oddly sticky. Come for the chill vibes, solid service, and a good burger. Just don't expect the best burger of your life. I shared the nicoise salad and roast beef sliders - the salad was good, the meat of the sliders was good and the crispy onions were a nice touch. The actual sliders were a tad dry. My family is in the restaurant business, so I tend to have pretty high standards when it comes to hospitality and customer service. Our server, Razi, was truly excellent. He had the perfect balance of friendly and professional, made great recommendations, checked in often, and made sure we had everything we needed. At one point, I was feeling a little lightheaded, and he immediately brought me a cold towel and made sure my water glass stayed full so I could stay hydrated.
