It's very easy to schedule online and the cleanings are priced fairly with add-ons you can choose if you want something more thorough. Their cleaners have been consistently thorough, polite, and speedy, and while a number of teams have cleaned our house we've been overwhelming satisfied with most of them. Deducting one star for scheduling issues, teams running late and cleanings that were booked and then later had to be cancelled by the booking staff. However, the booking staff has been communicative and polite and they will sometimes give discounts for these inconveniences. read more

I'm not sure if they bought those good reviews, but I definitely NOT recommanding this service. I would give 0 or negative star if I can. 1. The maid cannot speak and understand English which made the conversation really hard when I need her to do something. 2. I made special request for cleaning the floor which turned out the floor wasn't clean at all, the dirt and hair were everywhere. When I stepped my feet without socks on, just few seconds my feet will be very dirty. I still need to do clean one more time, then whats the points for cleaning???? 3. The maid never will put cloth or anything in the right place, instead, she just hided it in somewhere you cannot see or find. so the house apparently looked clean, but when you opened the draw, all the mess were in there. very frustrated service I have ever had. I requested a deep clean, because I wanted the bathroom and kitchen meticulously cleaned (as per the description on the website). My unit was certainly NOT deep cleaned. *The calcium under the sink remains, mold build up on the shower doors, floors were not given attention. My house was clean when I left it (I'm a germaphobe with a respiratory problem so I clean my house ritually as it is) I was assuming a deep clean would pose a significant difference for the $113 invested and the fact the service was titled "DEEP clean". It didn't unfortunately. It was a waste. As for standard home services, they were on par with many other competitors. Their branding is great, so they've done a phenomenal job industry wise defining themselves, but in regards to acting in alignment with their promises, the state of my unit would disagree...AND it's too late to schedule anyone else, my guests arrive today!= read more

I requested a move-in cleaning service from Wave House Cleaning. The cleaning crew (2 people) showed up on time. They did a very basic cleaning, some dusting, vacuuming the floor and mopping the floor. I have a two bedroom and one bathroom house. They finished it in about an hour and half. I am a little bit disappointed when the cleaning lady mopped the floor without any floor cleaner. They also forgot to bring their own mop so I had to provide one for them. If you are only looking for a very basic cleaning then they can get the job done with a reasonable price. The house is relatively clean afterwards but none of my friends believed it was done by professional cleaning service. read more

My house was such a mess. I sincerely appreciate the work that Jona and Carolina did. The took the time to help me organized the house before the baby arrived to our nest. My wife was really streets out because she hadn't the time to clean as usual. They did a terrific job on the bathroom, the bath tub looks much better they remove the stains and the soap from the tiles. They vacuum very well the house and they asked me if I used any special product for the flor. I told to use whatever they used. They recommend me different products for the different surfaces that I have on my house. After the cleaning the asked me to do the walkthrough around the house and everything looks very nice and clean. They were really kind and helpful all the time. TERRIBLE. Just keep searching. These people left my house in a shambles. It was somewhat clean but as you can see bathe the photos they left trash on the counter, curtains over the rod, LEFT A WINDOW open-I was out all day. That by far was the most serious thing as I live on the ground floor I had emailed after my first visit with minor issue -things not put back in place, a rag left in the sink but I'm not difficult so I said no big thing please be careful I am pretty sure they were pissed because the way they left the house was laughable I did email 2 times and send photos because I am in the service industry and believe is working something out before writing a bad review. I just had my 2 bed 2 bath apartment cleaned today for the first time. They charge for a deep clean, but it was only a basic clean at best. I should have listened to the other reviewers. I had to show her multiple things she neglected to clean. Also didn't move any furniture on my hardwood floor & there was dust underneath. I mentioned it to her & she was willing to clean it. I also found hair & dust in my bathroom after she cleaned it. Under my kitchen appliances hadn't been cleaned and I found crumbs. I agree with the other reviewers that if you charge for a deep clean then it should be done throughly. I don't want a service where I have to check everything just to make sure they cleaned it. *after we spoke on the phone after the cleaning, she guaranteed 100% satisfaction & I told her how I wasn't. She assured me she wouldn't charge for the service & today I got an invoice with them charging me for the cleaning. Definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone. *update: they called me upon reading my review and offered to do another cleaning within the next few days. Today I continue to see areas where she quickly cleaned. Soap scum in the shower, dust on a shelf & more dust in the bathroom. I appreciate the offer of coming back to clean, but I am a busy mom of an infant & I don't have time to have them come back again. I'm very surprised that they really wanted to make sure their customers were satisfied to the very end! I am very happy with the responsiveness of Wave and appreciate how they handled my experience with them. Shortened old review: I was not impressed by the cleaning services of this company. I went with this company mainly because they were one of the few companies that charged a flat rate for cleaning my home, in addition to the high reviews on Yelp. This company came out to clean twice (2nd time because I wasn't happy with the 1st time) and did a subpar job. Bottomline, I felt it'd be easier with an empty house, but I honestly think it's harder for this company to do empty houses because there's just so much more area to cover and they're just used to half assing around furniture and fixtures. Five stars for the five-star performance and service provided by Wave house Cleaning. They have been excellent in terms of scheduling & prompt responses (if you have any). I hired wave cleaning to clean our home and I specifically requested that they pay special attention on the floors since we spent the last few days moving in. I even supplied them with 4 boxes of wet swiffers with 2 additional boxes available if needed to clean 3200 sq ft of wood floors. We were scheduled for cleaning on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Our arrival window was 8am to 9am and 2 ladies arrived at 8:35am. They were friendly and got started right away on the top floor. When I asked them how long the cleaning would take, they advised me 2 hours. I was shocked to hear 2 hours since previous cleanings in my smaller homes always took 3-6 hours. The ladies joked that they were quick but thorough so I trusted them and again reminded them that the floors were dirty do to our move and I needed them to pay extra attention on them. They said no problem and got to work. The ladies were done cleaning within 2.5hours and let me know that they were done as they were out the door. I was so busy doing stuff around the house since we were hosting for the Holiday weekend, I gave each of them a tip, said thank you, and they were on their way. After finishing up around the kitchen, I went upstairs to check the cleaning and not only did we find that the floors were not cleaned to our expectation, but the cleaning of the overall home was not to the standard of a price tag of $280. I should have known when they completed the cleaning within 2.5 hours and only used 1 box of wet swiffers for the whole house, but I was so busy getting things done for our Memorial Day party, I didn't think to inspect before they left. Since we were expecting people over in the next few hours, my husband spent the next 2 hours re-mopping all the floors. He used a box and a half of wet swiffers on the first floor alone (we have 3 floors of living space). I spoke with a representative the next business day to discuss the quality of cleaning. They apologized and scheduled someone out that following Thursday to re clean the floors. I was hesitant since my husband already spent the time to re-clean for our Memorial Day party but agreed since they said they guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. I rescheduled my whole day on Thursday for an arrival window of 11-12. I waited and waited and no one showed up nor did I receive a call from the company giving me a reason why they are running late etc. I finally decided to call Wave Cleaning at 12:15 since I needed to leave and they advised me that they're stuck in traffic and they would be arriving in 20 min. Frustrated that they wasted my time, I told them to forget the cleaning and asked that they just refund 1/2 of my money which I thought was fair. She said she'd talk to the owners and get back to me. That was 3 days ago and I have yet to hear back! Needless to say, I will NOT be using this company again and def do not recommend them! read more

Not great to be honest. First charge is something like $120, with a charge of $80 every time after that. What they don't tell you is that the cleaners are only there for an hour, and do a half-assed job at best. First time they came they didn't clean my bathtub, left cups laying around and my coffee table hadn't been cleaned. In all fairness they sent a team out free of charge to do a follow up clean, which was kind of them, but it was still just average at best. If you want to pay over 100 bucks for two cleaners to sweep your floor and clean your kitchen, knock yourself out. But I would've expected a lot more for the price and will be finding a private cleaner in future. read more

I was fooled by the high rating Wave has on Yelp, but I did not have a good experience with them -- TWICE. For my first cleaning, they insisted on charging me for a "deep cleaning," even though I didn't feel it was necessary. (My place had been cleaned recently by my previous housekeeper, and I was simply looking to switch to a new service.) Nonetheless, that is their policy, so I agreed, and even paid them extra to have my window blinds cleaned. The so-called "deep cleaning" missed several obvious areas, leaving behind visible dust and dirt in corners and other spots. The blinds I paid extra to have cleaned were completely untouched, and still very dusty. Plus, the housekeeper broke my toaster oven, which is just irritating. I notified Wave of my issues, sent photos and asked if they would kindly refund me the fee I'd paid for the blinds. They apologized, and offered me a second complimentary cleaning, in lieu of refunding me for the blinds. Since so many other aspects of the cleaning were also unsatisfactory, I agreed to their generous offer. For the second cleaning, my appointment was for 8am. They do warn you that they reserve an hour window for arrival. However, 8am came and went, and then so did 9am. They didn't show up until about 9:30am, making me late for work. The second cleaning was equally unsatisfactory. Just straight up sloppy, where I could take a Swiffer pad and wipe up dust on my floor that was in plain sight. Okay, so after leaving this review with Yelp and with the internal review with Wave House, I was called the next day and was offered a follow up clean to take care of the aforementioned issues. Wow, what a world of difference! The refrigerator (which had a huge spot I missed in the previous review) and the microwave were spotless, the counters and interiors were clean, and the bathtub and grout were finally white again! If they had done this from the beginning I would've probably put 4.5/5 stars, but as it is it earns a 4 because really it should've only taken one visit to get the place this clean. read more
