My appointment at 11am and they have 11-12pm time frame to visit but they showed up at 12:30pm again. I couldn't talk to them, I called, texted, and emailed them though. Business owner, Daniella, just texted me their staff was late because of looking for her parking past my scheduled time. I asked her to refund me because they didn't offer their service on time for their second time. She replied, "better to provide PRIVATE SPOT to park." It is unprofessional and sounds like no problems to be late. But my main point is there's a huge parking lot next to our entrance. So, she was late not because of looking for her parking. I've been their customer for a while. They must have known where to park too. I have bi-weekly cleaners with Wave House Cleaning and other. They don't need deep cleaning, but some took 1 hour but a male staff took over 2 hours to finish. Be aware they send you a different staff every time. Also not show up on time either. I think their management is messed up. read more

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. Was I ghosted? 1 Star for Communication + Commitment 2 Stars because they reached out to fix it. I scheduled a cleaning online as was specified. The confirmation page said that we'd receive a call 24-hours before arriving, but my cleaning was for a Monday. I kept getting text updates that they were on their way and then...nothing. 1.5 hours before my move-out cleaning I received a text that they were outside. I was not onsite but when I arrived half an hour later they were not there. I returned a text message asking where they were. No response. I called and left a message. No call back. I called a second time and was told they were listed as onsite and they'd check and call me back later. Over an hour later I called again. No response. 4.5 hours after my service was supposed to begin I had to give up and find someone else since my apartment keys were due that day! But I do hope they're ok. It's not like businesses to not respond that that and they did have great reviews. If only I'd known what had happened to my original appointment that would have helped. I did get a response after I left for a discounted cleaning for the following day, but again, that was too late. read more

Update: The company called me back and said they could send someone next week to clean what was missed. However, I am 38 weeks pregnant and wanted it completed this week. The company agreed to charge me for an upkeep cleaning instead of an initial cleaning. I booked an initial cleaning with some additional services (blinds and windows) and received a quote for those services. After the house cleaner left, I noticed the baseboards, windows, and blinds hadn't been cleaned, so I called the company. They said I had only booked the initial cleaning, but the baseboards are included in that so the house cleaner would either return that day (Tuesday) or another day that I was available (Thursday). They said that they would call me back. I then looked around the house more and double checked the list of services that are included in the initial cleaning, and the following hadn't been done: baseboards, ceiling fans, window sills, light switches, and shelves in the shower. Therefore, I sent a follow-up email with this information and pictures. So far, I have not heard back from the company about completing the service. I have called back and left a voicemail. My credit card was charged the price for the initial cleaning even though the service was not completed or scheduled to be completed. I gave this company a 2 and not a 1 because the things that were cleaned were done well. read more

These reviews must all be fake. We've had 2 "cleanings" done and we couldn't believe how terrible it was. Terrible as in dining table wasn't wiped down, floors weren't even cleaned, soap scum all over the kitchen and bathrooms, basic table tops untouched. Each time the crew was done after about 1 hour for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and it really shows. The first time, Ricardo cleaned our house and I wouldn't even really call it cleaning, my 3 year old can probably do a better job. I asked for someone else the next time, and guess who they sent? Don't waste your time or energy with them, especially "Ricardo" and his cleaning crew. Also called the company to confirm the crew left under an hour after checking my Ring camera...she acted surprised and said this was the first time they've had a complaint like this. The recent negative reviews here tell me otherwise. So shady and dishonest, although they did offer a complimentary clean again...I'll save my time this time and just hire real professionals to do the job. UPDATE: After the first "cleaning", and I sent them photos of how filthy they left the house, they offered a complimentary re-clean. Guess what? We were charged $115 for that! I called and emailed them to issue a refund, and still haven't heard back. These people are SHADY - STAY AWAY!!!! Also called and cancelled the service since it was such an incredibly huge waste of time and money and I still have an appointment setup for this week? How??? I can guarantee I will get charged, too. The worst cleaning job I've ever seen. Ordered a Move out clean with extras for blinds/fridge/etc. They left the place pretty much as dirty as before they came in. Did not touch vent hood in the kitchen, lots of dirts and dust left on the baseboards, floors and even light switches. Did not clean the shower glass or any inside windows. I paid $200 for absolutely nothing and spent hours cleaning everything myself after the crew left. If you want a quality clean, DO NOT get enticed by lower prices of Wave House Cleaning. read more

My husband and I have had recurring cleanings with Wave House over the last year, with hit or miss results. Sometimes they were super thorough and we were really happy with the service, sometimes not so much. We even once had a cleaner from them come in and ask when the last time we had a cleaning was. When we told her we were having them come monthly, she said she was surprised and that other cleaners hadn't been doing everything they were supposed to do. I've been holding off on writing a review because I like to give people in the service industry the benefit of the doubt, and also because I understand that cleaning up after other people, even professionally, must be a really difficult job. But after this last experience, I don't think we're going back to Wave House. We just moved out of our old apartment and scheduled a deep cleaning (inside of appliances, scrubbing floors and shower, etc) and even opted to pay extra for them to clean the inside of the windows and to wipe down our walls to ensure there were no marks or dirt. We were already in our new place when we scheduled the final cleaning, so we made sure to be waiting for the cleaners at our old apartment at the beginning of the appointment window (they give you a one hour timeframe for arrival), and they were 25 minutes late which meant that we waited for almost an hour and a half for them to arrive. We were actually getting into our car to leave when they finally walked up. At ten minutes past the hour window, I called the office and had to leave a message because no one picked up. I never got a follow up from the company. We explained to the cleaners that eventually arrived that we were moving out and showed them what needed to be done and we left them to do their thing. When we came back the next day to remove the very last of our belongings, we honestly weren't sure what they had done while they were there. The floors and countertops did look better, and the bathroom was definitely wiped down, but none of the walls had been cleaned and the insides of the windows had not been touched. While they did remove charges for most of the inside walls and for the windows when I called the following day, we still paid almost $120 dollars in total and I just received an email from our previous landlord that we will be charged additional out of our deposit because the inside of the appliances were not cleaned either. This whole experience was just super disappointing. Despite the tempting flat rate model and occasional great cleaning we would receive, I can no longer say I would refer this place to anyone else. read more

The house cleaner, Adriana, came at the very end of the time window I was given. She didn't speak English and while she didn't take that long to clean (2 1/2 hrs), she was NOT thorough at all. She missed a lot of open floor and did not even wipe the outside of the any of the surfaces in the kitchen. Worst of all, she used the same rag to wipe the floor as she did my microwave & dishes (which I had to rewash, of course). I couldn't believe it. They overcharged for a job that was incomplete. Easy to book online but service was not great when I tried to call them to clarify that I needed a deep cleaning for my house and they said it would be done by when I needed. When the cleaners came, they were like your shower needs time to soak and a really good scrub (or maybe two) but there was not enough time. They said I should have told the central booking office person but that's exactly what I tried to do when I called to let them know about my timing concern (that they would not be done in time since I needed extra deep cleaning). read more

So disappointing. What does a "deep clean" mean?? Nothing more than dusting on the surface and wiping things down. The beds were "made" by putting covers back on. They dusted in areas within their line of view. The shelves above their eye level was ignored until I brought it up to them. I have different expectations when they insist on having me pay extra for a deep clean. The pictures do more justice than words.
