Hi Everyone, We want…read moreto thank Harrison (Service Technician) for being friendly, polite, and respectful as he quickly went about completing his job of cleaning our dryer vent. "Up one the roof top, click, click, click", then down in the dryer vent, quick, quick, quick. We want to thank Charlene for hiring Harrison, Jim Woodall for training, and we want to express our gratitude to a Family owned company that consistently does an excellent job in clearing our dryer vents. Their pricing is very competitive, and the value they offer can't be beat. How do we know? No dryer codes, ever. No one saying "I have a wet clothes in the dryer and it won't work. What are YOU, going to do about it?" One less thing to interrupt your blissful marital peace. Yes men, it is not a myth, it actually can happen some of the time. Yes, and we luckily found Ugly Duct Cleaning in 2015. So, "we know!" So WE, obviously for different reasons, highly recommend "YOU", try Ugly Duct Cleaning. Why? Because you will be so happy you did. Enjoy!

The initial quote from Matt the owner was an excellent value compared to a few others I had received. Follow-up technical questions regarding specifics of the units were handled adroitly by Steve who even provided a manufacturers manual for me to reference regarding how this particular brand unit was engineered as I had not heard of Heil before. Coupled with the 10 year warranty and commonality with parent Carrier at a substantial discount was what sealed my decision. Installation was performed by Derek and several assistants as scheduled with an unusual issue being taken care of to ensure our comfort over a long weekend. We have had our units for about a month resulting in noticeably quieter and efficient operations of our new system compared to previous. Rebate and warranty forms were processed by the very friendly office ladies Molly & Brittany with no bother. I had selected this company due to perfect Google and Yelp review scores which were spot on - Thanks All!

We had moved furniture out and vacuumed thoroughly before his arrival. Good thing, because he did not. The vacuum on his steamer apparently did not have much sucking power because he left the carpets sopping wet. I even found a peanut deposited in one of the rooms! One of the bathroom tile floors still had dirt and grime in the corners and at the base of the vanity. The solvent he used has a terrible chemical smell. Never again!

In my case the one room they "cleaned" was not cleaned correctly. It was expressed there were pets, in the home, and that was the reason for the cleaning. It was later explained that the carpet should have been raked (for the pet fur), then vacuumed, then cleaned. This however, was not done. Upon further inspection, it was found there were literally clumps of fur, all over the room, especially behind the door. Pictures were taken and this was communicated to the office. Upon review they AGREED the service was not completed to their standard or ours. What we were Not made aware of is apparently they have given themselves 30 days to correct any issues. According to the GM this policy is NOT in writing Not is it provided to customers. The room that was cleaned was in an elderly woman's home. We cleared everything from the room to assist with the cleaning. In the week it took to get resolution, we had to put the items back in the room. My mom was unable to move safely around her home with the clutter. We had to contact another company to complete the cleaning. A week later the office manager Tye arrived to make things right. She agreed to the work but needed a final approval. The GM that was contacted refuse to approve. We cleared a much smaller space, closer to the door, to allow them to rectify this issue. The GM not only refused to give a refund, a partial refund, or to clean the smaller space, but instead offered a 5% discount off a full price cleaning. (again they charge for 2 rooms min even if they only clean 1) THIS HAS BEEN MY MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE SINCE MOVING BACK TO SAVANNAH, TO HELP MY MOTHER. I WILL NEVER USE THIS FRANCHISE BUSINESS AGAIN.
