I've used them for years and purchased 3 HVAC units from them for different homes. After the last purchase a year and a half ago the unit broke. Love decided to charge over $2000 to fix it. As an update to prior experiences, I am lowering my rating. Service personnel remain helpful and courteous. Service response was great. However, service managers DID NOT return my multiple calls asking "after the sale" questions about emergency service work performed. Therefore, I feel my experience is no longer exemplary. read more

We hd a maintenance contract with Love HVAC. Technicians were very good and courteous. No issue there. Coming to our HHI home yesterday, we noticed the AC was not working and called Love. They sent a technician who solved our issue. Our regular maintenance was this morning. At the same time, the office sent us a bill for the emergency work that we questionned as it involved drainage issues, which we thought should be covered by our maintenance contract. Instead of answering us, Love office cancelled our maintenance contract on the spot and removed the technician who was doing his job. This is highly unprofessional and clearly unacceptable. This is not a serious contractor. And they refused to let me talk with a supervisor on the phone to solve this issue. read more

Christine returned my call within 5 minutes and talked through my options. $150 diagnostic trip for after hours, I scheduled it for the next day.
