After 4 weeks I visited KEITH'S HOUSE OF PLUMBING. Had a great talk and was was given a date to have it fixed or replaced. Caleb called on the date and came right out. The new toilet was broken inside and had to be replaced. He did a great inspection of drains etc, then found the problem with the toilet. Had a replacement with him and installed it all in 2 hours. He was personable and showed me everything. Great guy. I'll never call another company and cut all ties to former. Highly recommend Keith's Plumbing. Great job!

He said Gypsy was the one in charge. I called to cancel the work order and she stated I had to pay a diagnostic fee for them driving out to Seabrook. Rudd's tech "Hayden"did a great job with this industrial size water heater. Most recently I contacted Rudd for an estimate on replacing the HVAC duct work in my crawl space. Well little did I know the main Sewage drain had been leaking. My Rudd tech "Steven Ross" was quick with a quote and they replaced my entire drainage system and got it up to code. Steven was very professional and worked extremely hard for two days getting me back on line with our water line. Steven is a very knowledgeable and personable employee. Last summer, we did end up hiring Albert to fix a leak coming from our bathroom. He seemed very…read morenice on the phone and was very responsive into action. He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.
