Not only does he do an outstanding job installing things, but his attention to detail when it comes to cleanup is really appreciated. Both times he took all the trash, a toilet and a sink with him so I did not have to worry about anything. The installation was great and because he cleaned up the area so well after his work it really was striking when I walked into the bathroom. After 4 weeks I visited KEITH'S HOUSE OF PLUMBING. Had a great talk and was was given a date to have it fixed or replaced. Caleb called on the date and came right out. The new toilet was broken inside and had to be replaced. He did a great inspection of drains etc, then found the problem with the toilet. Had a replacement with him and installed it all in 2 hours. Despite the fact that it is a holiday week, he squeezed us in his schedule and arrived promptly. Josh was polite and friendly, and fixed the problem in no time at all. I can't speak to the rates, since he was hired by the VRBO manager/owner, but if I lived in Beaufort, I would definitely call Josh for any plumbing needs.

I would never recommend hiring them because of the behavior of this driver/plumber. My grandma was driving us and pulled into the road, and he was driving so fast that he pulled up quickly within a foot or two behind us, she freaked out and slowed down because there was a hundred meters before a red light. He didn't attempt to slow down. He sped around to swerve in front of us and retaliated by slamming on his breaks before moving back into the lane to our left. What an angry, irrational man. Any company with employees allowed to act like this in a marked work truck is a company who is not likely to have your well being in mind and a company who clearly doesn't care about their reputation or quality of work.

Last summer, we did end up hiring Albert to fix a leak coming from our bathroom. He seemed very…read morenice on the phone and was very responsive into action. He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.
