This required working in the attic in July. I called several companies in Savannah that told me either they did not do that service, or since the appointment had to be very early for the safety of their workers, their soonest availability was too far off than I hoped. Joyner was able to come out sooner than everyone else could and they worked with my schedule to arrange a 6 AM appointment. They were very good about asking me questions so they knew exactly what I needed. They even asked what color my wall plate was so the others would match. The workers were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They said the cable company might have to come out, but then they worked their magic so I was fully hooked up for cable and internet before they left. This was on the morning of my moving day and made my life a whole lot easier, so I was very happy and grateful. I feel like they went out of their way to help me, but I think they are just that great by default. He apparently does contract work for Amazon, because Buzz Electric came up when I purchased the new light fixtures. Aaron quoted me his rates up front, and set a prompt appointment. He was a little delayed on the day of work by an earlier job, but he kept me updated on his ETA. He showed up, surveyed the situation, and went to work. He sorted things out and got the two patio fixtures and new box in place, followed by a few other things around the house that we needed done. He worked non-stop and independently. I was happy to write him a check upon finishing. I also got several business cards to pass along to my friends. Quality and professional work at a fair price.

Last summer, we did end up hiring Albert to fix a leak coming from our bathroom. He seemed very…read morenice on the phone and was very responsive into action. He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.
