We purchased a new home in Hilton Head. We needed an electrician to install antique sconces, upgrade a few existing wall outlets and install a few more. Also needed help with preparing for a large tv wall mounting . I tried for 4 months to get an electrician to come to the house. They were unwilling to do such a small job. Or in a few cases they never answered their phones or returned phone messages left on their business lines. The Geek Squad recommended that I call Arc Angel Electric. They had a real person answer the phone. She took our contact information and a brief description of our work request and promised to have an electrician call us back. He DID! The work was scheduled for that very same week, the electricians arrived on the date and time promised. Bruce and his assistant Teddy were neat, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They worked efficiently, explained what they were doing, and why they were doing it. Everything was done in a neat and orderly fashion. Work area was protected. Care was taken by both electricians to avoid making marks or scratches. Bruce was Extra careful on the antique sconces and did an expert job reassembling all crystals. They vacuumed the entire work areas, and even used a magic bar on a mark they hadn't made to leave the house in perfect condition. They deserve 10 stars each! Thank you. read more

I recently discovered I needed a new power outlet installed for my electric stove. Jordan and Beau from Arc Angel Electric did a fantastic job with my service request. They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job performing the repairs. The price quoted for the job was also extremely fair. They inspected the existing wiring and identified several other issues that should be corrected for safety reasons. The new outlet, wiring and circuit breaker that were installed eliminated a potential safety hazard that I did not know existed in my home. Jordon also pointed out several additional aging circuit breakers that could potentially fail or represent safety issues. These will be replaced in a follow up service call. Have never needed an electrician in the 16 years we've lived here so I was going in blind with this. Looked at Yelp, saw all the good reviews for Arc Angel Electric and gave them a call. Due to a cancellation, they were able to fit me in that day which was great as the issue involved our AC which kept tripping it's circuit. Dionzo was fantastic - was so thorough, even called the manufacturer of our circuit board re: a question. Checked to make sure we had the proper curcuits for all our air handlers and units; not just the one that was giving us problems. Before he left, I asked another question re: a longterm electrical nuisance we were having. He looked at that as well and gave us an HONEST recommendation on what he would do. Dionzo Dease is awesome! This is the second job he's done for my family, and we've been impressed both times by his work ethic and professionalism. He just installed a new lighting fixture for me that replaced an outdated fixture, so some adjustments needed to be made which included climbing into my tiny attic space and relocating the box for the new fixture. Dionzo was very patient as he helped me determine the perfect placement of my dining table so that it would be centered under the new fixture. I had a outdoor wiring problem with a few outdoor outlets and a jammed bulb in an outdoor light fixture. Dan quickly sorted out the problem with the outdoor outlets He also replaced the the outdoor outlet covers. The original covers were not correct for the application, Dan quickly identified the issue and replaced with proper covers.
