He got the estimate to me before the end of the day and it was significantly less than what I was expecting. On the install day, Jon and Bart showed up on time and immediately went to work. After they left I noticed the 20amp breaker was popping with the hot tub running. Jon came back and troubleshot for over an hour. Turns out it was something with the hot tub itself. Even though it did not have anything to do with what they were responsible for, he continued to troubleshot the hot tub itself. Chris even offered to come the next day to take a look as well.
