Foolishly, I ultimately purchased two gallons of their top of the line Emerald paint and was very disappointed not only with the poor and uneven coverage (after two coats on a clean, lightly textured, new drywall surface), but also with the color. I was told by an associate that I could not return the paint, but that they would replace it with a different color; when I went in with my unopened and unused gallon of paint to exchange for another color, the associates in the store said they don't do any such thing. Save yourself the trouble and try Ace Hardware instead. Their customer service is far superior, they have knowledgeable and helpful staff, and they have much better quality paints at a better price.
