So, I sent an email to them and boy am I glad I did! Adam promptly responded and connected me with the store manager, Matt. And not only was it a snap, but the grill was assembled and delivered (right on time by Jerry and placed exactly where I wanted it so it would be a surprise) on the day before Christmas without extra charge. Why would you go anywhere else?!? Can't get that kind of service, or help from a big box store. I would give 10 stars if possible, thank you all for your help!

Tyler talked with the manager, Andy, and he said $75 is the minimum but when you bring it back, we can take some off the $75. I rented it for one hour and 10 minutes, from pick up to drop off. I asked for a discount and Andy said our minimum rental price for a log splitter is $75. Wow. It is not so much the money as it is the character reflection. Lack of integrity.

They carry a wide range of supplies for multi-family housing complexes. I use them all the time for keys, tools, lawn and garden supplies, sand, paint and other things. The staff is incredibly friendly and nice. They really do go out of their way to help and offer friendly advice. I like the fact it is locally owned. They may use a major brand name, but the service and selection is much better than Home Depot or Menards. I would much rather go into this hardware store than a major chain like the above mentioned. I would definitely recommend this Ace Hardware store to anyone looking for a great deal and good service! Keep up the good work, guys!
