Associate asked me if I had an account? Which I answered no just want to pay cash. He said he cannot sell me the bolts unless I have an business account with them. Yesterday I was in Port Washington WI and purchased similar bolts at a Fastenal with out any questions. The young man reiterated he cannot because of policy. He was nice and polite. Too bad this Fastenal doesn't believe in the little guy. Considering what I paid yesterday for bolts in Port Washington I figured I would be spent 150.00 with Watertown today. Their loss. The sales people were very knowledgable and nice to deal with. The customer service was a little…read moreslow in returning calls for issues that came up. The worst part was the install. Many parts were cut to the wrong size, some were recut and replaced, and some were installed poorly and didn't line up. Backsplashes are supposed to be square to each other and the countertop, and be at the same height where they meet- but not in this case, apparently. It seems no one in the cut shop or the install crew cares about quality and customer satisfaction. They don't understand this affects the future business of the company. Someone in management is not stressing these issues and not training the employees properly. I really don't know how they employees are treated.. this makes a huge difference. I also know good help is hard to find. What ever happened to the saying "Autograph your work with excellence" ? When it takes four trips over two months to install and correct mistakes (not all have been corrected and I had to point out and explain how to fix them before they were properly installed), there is a problem. That even sounds crazy to me, and I 'm living it. This company doesn't realize that when someone spends $10000, they expect a little something in return. You can't even buy quality and caring at BAGM. I don't think that this is too much to ask for. My advice is to try somewhere else. I'm am really disappointed, it is a beautiful product, but not my money's worth.

This was definitely the messiest, least organized location I've ever been to (which maybe makes sense because it's an outlet location?). I was looking for some scented oil refills and was able to find some fragrances to bring home, so can't complain too much! The prices didn't seem that much lower to me than I get elsewhere? But, maybe it was the items I was purchasing. I would definitely stop by again if I was in the area but wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Calendars, Games & Toys was at the outlets. We arrived into the store and were immediately greeted and offered help finding whatever we were looking for. I let the gentleman know I was on the hunt for a calendar. He directed me to the calendar section and let me know that all calendars were 50% off (pays to wait a couple weeks into the new year to get a calendar, I guess!). Yahtzee! My husband and I wandered the calendar section. They have anything from popular culture themed calendars, TV shows, Movies, animals, travel etc. I spied a Wisconsin calendar that looked lovely. Ultimately, thought, the Ted Lasso calendar won the day. The price was incredibly reasonable with the 50% off (I think less than 10 bucks). We also were able to purchase a toy for a local children's hospital while we were in as well. Checking out was fast, friendly, and efficient. The guy who works there is completely engaging and funny. An unexpectedly awesome experience! Get to it!

It's clean, easy to navigate, and has a great mix of stores--whether you're looking for budget-friendly deals or brand-name finds. I've scored amazing pieces at places like Nike, Old Navy, and Bath & Body Works (and the clearance racks be rackin' ). One thing I really appreciate is that it's not overwhelming. It's a chill shopping experience with wide walkways, plenty of parking, and restrooms that are actually easy to find and clean. It's not a "huge" mall, but it's just right when you want to get out, walk around, and treat yourself without driving too far or dealing with crowds. Great for quick stops or a slow weekend browse. Definitely a go-to for our household!

And not having been in a few years, I can see that it is considerably smaller yet due to the number of closures at the mall. There are easily a half-dozen empty storefronts here, and the buildings themselves are definitely not being kept up, either. I do not think this mall will be around in a couple years unless management steps in and revitalizes it. Don't even get me started on the danger of trying to cross the street between the two sides of the development, either as we witnessed multiple cars run the stop sign in our short time there.
